I love the video... but need more detail on the wiring.. as I'm new to this
my god people... it's not about whether you can buy one for cheaper than the parts cost... it's something he did with free time that he had and old shit he would've thrown away. i think it's great. making something old into something new and looking at it and thinking "that's fucking rad. I did that!" i say way to go, that's awesome! Hate on jealous haters. just mad cuz you can't figure out how to do it yourself!!

Have you considered replacing the port with a passive radiator? I think with a speaker this small and everything you put inside the sound is going to benefit greatly from one.
It is a really beautiful work you have done here but I hope you put some damping material inside to smooth the sound.

you should magnetize all your alan wrenches by rubbing them firmly on any fairly strong magnets like the magnets on speakers

it will help you keep the screws on your wrench or screwdriver and also help you get them out of anything...mine are so strong they pick up things that I don't want on my screwdrivers and wrenches on accident my magnets were 1/4 inch rare earth neodymium magnets 1 of them can pick up ~60 which is over half my weight I'm 81 lbs I'm also 12 years old...so the point is don't use neodymium magnets if you want them too strong...this long sentence is completely necessary.

Not really. Enclosure is calculated for bassreflex, so why replacing it, not unless you have TS parameters.
