From what I know good diet, exercise, hydration, and supplements kinda helped me. Ive been taking B12, D, C, zinc, magnesium, a bit of melatonin, NAC, Berberine, and taurine. I used to have multiple days I’ll be awake for 40 hours along with disrupted sleep at first. Now Sometimes it takes an hour to sleep and I have fragmented sleep after 5 hours. Still looking for good treatments to get back to my 9 hours of being knocked out of sleep again.

When the virus enters your body, your immune system will start to over work itself to eliminate it and will make you feel feverish for a few days. Usually it’s hard to fall asleep because your heart rate is high and inflammation could prevent you from feeling relaxed. If the infection reached through respiratory contact you’ll have trouble breathing making it hard to sleep. If you have the virus injected in you, it’s in your blood stream making multiple reactions to happen. It could cause issues with your heart, brain, digestive system, and nervous system. In my case I have all above mentioned and was nearly hospitalized multiple times.
@@pradeepnair6349 but my injection was mid December 2023 and the painful symptoms lasted until early march 2024. After that, recovery is slow and my insomnia is kinda controlled. I’m able to sleep within an hour the latest and my fragmented sleep happens after 6 hours.
