We had to race home from Scotland in our £1000 motorhome as our pregnant dog needed to be rushed to the vet for emergency surgery. and we had quite a few problems on the way home with the weather being one of them

There have been many tears with us the past couple of weeks, Poppy is so resilient and has become the best mum to her pups, they are all amazing and we are so grateful to our vets for everything they have done ♥️

Poppy is a trooper. Im so glad she’s ok. Leaving my dog for emergency surgery is the hardest thing ive ever done. He pulled through also but i remember i just wanted to sleep in the waiting room and wait for him. Obviously i wasnt allowed. Lol.

You edited that video perfectly, you should direct films, I know it must have been very hard and upsetting for you both, but Sh!t, I am in floods of tears, 59 yrs old, solider for 12 years, close to bankruptcy 3 times (alright now) really messy divorce 2 years ago and suffered really bad depression (OK now) I have never cried so much as I did watching this, even now, glad to hear Poppy and the pups are well, love ya both

SO Big , how did she manage to carry those. They’re ginormous.well done all of you. In tears watching this. Both my fur babies are very old and on end of life care . We are still asking ourselves how she managed it especially with them being premature, but she’s doing well and so are they so all turned out in the end. So sorry to hear about your little ones it must be so hard. Our thoughts are with you ♥️
@@UrbanVanlife no worries we’ve gone through the panic stage and the crying stage . Now we just enjoy the moments when they are happy and waggy tailed. But long trips are on hold and anything that will push them too far but we manage a few select weekend away with them still. The terrier Boo still has her puppy half hour though it’s now more 10 mins but we find amusement at the silliest of times has she has dementia also and is almost blind , so her antics are so funny . Then she just stops and stands like a statue for ages. Strange. Enjoy your puppies. Really wish we could take the gray one wow it’s so cute.. best wishes to all.xx

Oh it was a ride of emotion for us as well we just didn’t know what the outcome would be untill we got the phone call . And belive me when that phone rang our hearts stopped .

Lesson learnt the hard way I guess. My Cocker had 8 Pubs in 2020, had to hand feed one as she was so Small. Absolutely the most stressful and hard work ever and I was at home

Oh Neil & Emma you had me on the edge of my seat, thank goodness you did what you did and got Poppy to the vets in time and they were able to sort her out. You were in bits during your wait, but it all turned out ok thankfully. They maybe four legged bundles of fun, but they really get into your heart and when something goes wrong they tear your heart out. The puppies look so cute and it looks like Poppy is the perfect mum.

Hi, to be honest we weren’t all that calm and spent the past week and a half pulling ourselves back together, yes this is poppies first and only litter, we couldn’t go through that again, she is far to precious to even think about letting her have another experience like this. She’s doing amazingly now and has took so well to being an amazing mum! Thank you for the lovely comment we really appreciate it xx

I know exactly how you feel 100%. About four years ago when holiday at Dartmoor my little boy, Monty, the spaniel went down with pancreas problems. On our last day of holiday. He ended up in Vet on Dartmoor called drakes, veterinary practice, absolute angels superheroes for days in there being nurse back to health, so I’m so so, so pleased that everything worked out fine I was in tears watching your video.
