- I look at an Oliver 550 that has sat for 30-35yrs according to the widow woman who owns it. Come along for the ride as I consider making an offer on this tractor!
Nice looking tractor 👍👍
Wait until you see the finished product! It turned out amazing! I have dozens of videos on the restoration of this 550. Click on my videos and you can check out the ones that may interest.
I will watch some of the restorative process.
These little 550 are really collectible. My wife's uncle has, and l am not sure but I think that they were built by David Brown.
The Oliver 550 was built in Charles City, Iowa by the Oliver Company.....later purchased by White, and then AGCO. Much more history than this but you get the idea. Sorry so slow to respond to this....for some reason I never saw it before??
Did you find wheels for it?
Oh yes. I have been running this tractor for over a year and a half now. I got all new wheels and tires all around.
I’d love to have that bush hog!!
Well you'll be pleased to know I made my offer and she accepted it yesterday. I now own this tractor and all the implements. I'll video picking them up and of course the work done on it. Stay tuned and thank you for watching and commenting. My videos are not very popular so it's nice when people comment!
Its a classic.....of course you buy it
HaHa! Glad to see you approve Jared! I intend to make her an offer this week. I don't need it but I like it. Maybe we'll fix it and you can use it on your farm!!

Well the Implements are worth over $2000, so the tractor would be free. Good deal for you not for the Old Lady! slep well.
Well not sure about 2K but I sold the disc for $300 and the brush hog is another $400 in its current condition. The blade maybe $150 and Plow would be $300 max. So in my area implements are maybe $1150 total. Got the old tractor running. Stay tuned.
If you don't want it I'll buy it and I have a rim for it
Well I bought it and have since restored it!
I gave $100 for my Oliver tractor I found.
Wow! That's fantastic! It would bring more than that in scrap price.
