I have a disabled daughter who wants to knit, this is perfect for her. She can make hats and donate them to her Children's hospital. Thank you for the review.
Me too!!! It was called a ‘knit magic’. I made a gazillion doll hats and then used the strips to make dog sweaters. All of the tough outdoor dogs in the neighborhood had red and white striped sweaters that winter. 😅
You are such a delight! I've been a fan of yours for almost 2 yrs. Watching your informative videos never disappoints in bringing a smile to my face. Keep being yourself. Your joy in presentation is everything!! Thank you.
I've done some hoop knitting and wow this machine is great! With the hoop, you can knit 2-3 inches, rehook the bottom stitches and keep knitting. You end up with a reinforced brim. Thank you for this demo!
Wow I want one! Thank you for reviewing! Didn't even know something like that existed. Love your channel and your positivity. You are so much fun to watch and learn things from. Keep up the good work!
Just bought this and my first try was a disaster. This video explaining winding on the first row was very helpful thankyou. Looking forward to having some fun with this machine.
Matthew my Matthew! You made my day, being able to see your smiling face and enjoy your company! My mom, 88 years old, has neuropathy in her hands and can no longer knit. However, this might be a really cool option for her. Thank you!
So I've seen many people sharing a demo and review of this machine, but what I would really love to see is adding another skein of yarn to make the hat bigger, longer. How do you connect more yarn when a skein runs out. I know how I do it when I am hand knitting or crocheting but visualizing how you all do it with a circular knitting machine confuses me a bit. Thank you for the Demo Review. It makes me realize how fast and simple a machine like this is.
Wow! I always wondered what a bigger machine would make. Back in the day, when I was a kid, I had a manual tube knitter. It had prongs and a needle or hook. Hmm...I wonder if I still have it tucked away in a bin. I love 💕 watching your channel. Can’t wait for the next video. Thank you 🙏
Margaret Olander aka Sheepishly Sharing uses knitting machines for charity hats, has reviewed several of these machines, don’t remember seeing this brand. It runs very smoothly and I didn’t see you use any weights and it came out fabulously. Love the hat. Thanks Mr. Domestic, you and Helena have fun!
i almost bought this at 10:30 last night. decided to check some reviews first. watched your review again this morning and bought it. i had bought a similar one that was really poorly made. hoping this will work much better for the price. i have a bed knitting machine (3 actually) but they're standard size which to the rest of the world means yarn size 2 or 3 while in america it's more 4 or worsted. they'll knit worsted it just doesn't come out nice and flat. what i can't tell from the video if it comes out like needle knitting, flat not ribby looking.
Loved this video! I've been wanting to get into circular knitting machines but didnt know whether the sentry was worth it- now I know it totally is! Thank you!
I take the tube out of the machine and thread a circular needle on it and knit an inch or so of knit one, purl one ribbing and at the other end I use knitting needles to do a few decreases because I don’t really like the look of all the gathering at the top and add a Pom Pom! Have fun with your Sentro! Love your videos!
Hi guys. I am watching from Ontario Canada. Love watching your adventures. My daighter likes it when Sam breaks things 😊 What amazing hearts you guys have helping people you do not know and leaving your families to do so.
We used to have a machine like this when I was a kid, but there were 5 of us and my mother didn't want to buy that much yarn, oh well. On another note, I just got my latest Cotton Cuts box and there was some of your fabric in it! The Playroom line, very cute.Keep up the good work, I can't wait to see what you and your daughter do with the knitting machine.
OMG thank you, I used to crochet beanies for everyone, in my old age my fingers just cant work like that anymore. I bought one of these to get rid of my wool, but now I am buying more wool to make stuff. Thank you sooooo much
I’m a grownup and I have wanted one of these 😅 it’s so much fun now that your video has show. Me how to get it started lol. I hope to make tons of hats and scarves and give them to people in need whenever I see someone ❤ and fun projects for me and my kids too of course.
Soo, I gather it is only a knit stitch machine. I almost bought one for my niece but then just taught her. Your video is awesome and shows the close up! Thank you.
I about peed myself when you started climbing!!! You're hilarious. I wouldn't use the machine because I don't do that stuff. I watched because you're always so fun.
Thank you for making this video! I've been pondering grabbing the larger size to make hats and scarves myself as for some reason, I just have yet to get the hang of purling to do even some of the simpler patterns. I also tend to knit in the round any way so any time I can make things a little bit quicker, I always will because I have yet to truly finish a project!
I Sew miss you 😕. I am not happy for what has happened to you and know that I’m sending lots of love and hugs to you. People can’t get along so you just move it on. Keep your positivity. It helps all of us. Be you and happy always❤️👏🏻🤗.
Great review! I do know how to knit and it's relaxing. I love this idea for, as you said, a person who wants to join you on your crafting journey. I'm thinking that creating some panels, then connecting them together, a person could make some nice cuddle blankets for the couch.
Wow thanks for this video! Really helpful! I usually crochet but have been having a bit of trouble with my hands. I make hats and scarves for the needy. Last year I made over 500, so yeah sore hands lol. I may be buying a machine to help out. Give my hands a break but still be able to help supply people with warmth.
Oh my Dog! You are delightful! (subscribed!) Great video! Hitting Amazon next and THEN back to your channel. You were a bright spot in my day. Thank you
Although I love to knit, arthritis is making it difficult. This machine looks like fun, especially if you want to knit hats for charity or selling. Thanks for the demo. Looks especially great for kids. They can start at an early age to donate and help people in need.
Very informative and helpful to see this in action! I've been considering purchasing this to supply hats in my shop (and donate hats too) I think it's worth it!
Thanks for the great tutorial! I crochet, but have wrist issues at times and long to craft during those times! I just got mine in the mail and hope it'll appease my crafting needs!
I need one of those. I never learned to knit. I can crochet just about anything but never got the hang of golding knitting needles. Another thing I'd love to learn is tating. My great grandmother used to. I think learning to make lace would be interesting. 😊
I love this, I made three of the long thin tubes and braided them all together, and put a pom pom on each end after crocheting them together with a slip stitch. I need help though, I need better suction cups and bought them, but don't know how to screw them in the legs?
Thank you for this post! My kids got this for me for Christmas and it doesn't come with much information or patterns. I too can knit the "real" way, but I love that this will be so fast!
thanks for this. I like your plain hat, and can see how you would make a larger one for a larger head. But it seems to have great stretch. I'm going to check it out.
I have a innovations Big Knitting machine like yours, and a small singer, I love them both. I make hats, scarves, gloves socks, and toys, Whatever can be imagined, can be made, also blankets with the flat panels. love this, glad you made this video. :-)
Thank you 🤗☺️♥️ I was seriously wondering about this . Because my ......don't get me wrong I loves my looms but this would so cut the time in half . So again thank you for the video . I'm getting one .

I was on the fence about this machine and now i think I'm gonna get it! ...i LOVE knitting but as a mom I sometimes just don't have a lot of time ..yay!
There is a way warmer version of this hat that you do basically 100g of yarn and then you give it a little stretch and then double it up and sew the loops together on the end and cinch it. There is a lot of warmth in it let me tell you lol
OMG...I was on F/B last night just before bed and saw this machine and wanted it too! Thats why I am here to see how easy it would be to use. Ordering it for sure! New subbie! XO
Great video. Like a lot of fun. I just got through knitting 2 hats and a cowl using my round looms. I'll give this a whirl and see how it goes. Thanks for sharing.
I too am crocheting beaming a for the homes. My goal is 100. I find it VERY therapeutic. Unfortunately now that is all I want to do is crochet. I received my knitting matching today. Looking forward to using it.
Omg I love that I'm new to all of this crafting stuff just learned how to crochet still learning but it fun next I'm trying to knit that is a lil slow but I'm getting it Now ima try this loom machine omg it looks like fun my 9 year old niece will love making stuff! 💕
You are so much fun to watch. I swear I thought you're going to work on the machine with one leg up on the counter....I was laughing so hard 🤣 😂 thank you for making my day. 😊 my machine will be here tomorrow and I can't wait 🤗
That is so neat! I feel like me & my 10 year old daughter could have some fun with that! I sew a little and cross stitch, I've tried knitting but I just can't seem to get it.
I love your video! And your energy 😃. I was curious now that you’ve had this for awhile, any issues, complaints or tips? I want to order one but want to hear about any challenges so I’m prepared. Thanks in advance!!

I just want to follow a pattern with a counter and make my doubting grown college twins and my sis in laws that I can make some cute beanies...for next Xmas if they are still a "thing" ..Soooo based on your opinion and excellent domestic skills...which machine should I purchase? I will not be holding you responsible if it does or doesn't work because I can't figure it out...so please don't say it's a personal thing cuz it's like looking at buying a tractor right now ...I have no clue!! Much thanks and love!!
Is there a specific type or size of yarn that you need to use, or will it work with all yarns? Can you tie on a different color and keep going? I am new to this, I am trying to learn how to knit and crochet. I think this would be a fun project with my kids.

I wonder if since I'm getting my hand surgery if this would help me better get some hats done to sell when I'm on medical leave
I have a disabled daughter who wants to knit, this is perfect for her. She can make hats and donate them to her Children's hospital. Thank you for the review.
Kat hie we’re gonna made charity hats too. Such a great idea

Amazing.. you have given me an idea of how to help the homeless :). God Bless
You've convinced me to get a machine now lol
How did you donate?
"So, this machine - " *slaps leg up on counter* Sir, it is less than one minute into the video and I love you.
I had a small Mattel version of this in the 70's. I could knit tubes or panels. It was so much fun. Great to see an adult version now!
Lol... me too! My dad crocheted, mom sewed so the crafty bug was planted early! I loved the Mattel version, as I recall it was just a little glitchy.
I have the brown adult one they made you can only do tube knitting on it
Super!
