Breakfast:
100 calorie oatmeal packet
1 pear diced
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp creamer (I use coffee mate sugar free Italian sweet cream)
Lunch:
Hawaiian meatballs: cmx.weightwatchers.com/detail...
Over 1/4c Jasmine rice and 1 cup cauliflower rice
Snacks:
Cantaloupe
Quest protein bar
2 oatmeal bites 😋 with decaf coffee

2 lbs chicken breasts
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup (or healthy request)
1 c water
2 packets of chicken gravy
Black pepper
Mix together water, soup and gravy packets and pour over chicken in crockpot. Add black pepper to taste. Cook on low about 8 hours. Shred chicken and return to gravy. Serves 6.
Air fried Frozen Green Beans:
Add bag of frozen green beans to airfryer. Spray liberally with oil spray and add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir and cook on 380 for about 15 minutes, stirring twice while cooking.
Use your favorite mashed potatoes!

Ive made that crockpot chicken and gravy and love it. At the very end i add some Mixed frozen veggies to the crock pot. We love it over mashed potatoes. Love watching your videos.
That’s a great idea to add the veggie sub so you don’t have to make something on the side. I love everything over mashed potatoes 😋
I love your channel! I make the chicken and gravy also. I put it on cauliflower rice. Also, I make overnight oats a lot. There is so many different options. I add a scoop of protein powder to mine to give some added protein, also changes flavor with different powders.

It’s $10 from Amazon. I added the link in the description box. I can stack 2 black containers, ice packs plus a layer like protein bar, bottle water, etc.
If you add 3 beaten egg whites to your cooked oatmeal, then cook some more for another 30-60 seconds, it ups the protein and doesn't add any eggy flavor. It is great if you also add pumpkin and cinnamon. If you aren't eating flavored oatmeal, you can add a non calorie sweetner or sugar free maple syrup.
I’ll have to try that. I’ve tried adding egg white over the stove top but that was a lot of effort. The microwave sounds much more doable

I absolutely love the chicken crockpot meal - I put it over 2 pieces of 647 bread and it’s so filling. I can’t be trusted with mashed potatoes. 😂😂😂
Oooh I feel ya on the mashed potatoes. I can tear up a whole container myself 😉 I’m happy the chicken warms up well and doesn’t taste funny.
I just wondered what your job is what kind of work do you do. I’m deciding if I want to go on WW and I’m looking for people that are on it and watching some videos and yours is one of the ones I’ve chosen to watch.
I work at HEB. It’s a grocery store. I work in the produce department making guacamole and cutting fruit for ready to go containers. I like it 😊

Hi, Ive just started WW. I lost all my weight many years ago on it but and kept it off for several years but became ill and slowly began to gain it all back plus more. So here we go again. My question is how is the pear 0 points? When I look it up it says 3points. Thanks for your meal ideas. It helps.
A pear is zero points unless you are on the diabetic plan. That is the only plan that counts fruits as points. Go to your health settings and make sure living with diabetes is not toggled on. This has happened to another subscriber too. I got about 50lbs off years ago and gained it back. It’s a terrible feeling. All we can do is focus on now. I’m glad you’re healthy again. ☺️
