I really don’t understand why these parks and companies don’t start building taller and crazy roller coasters , at least every once in awhile there’s hasn’t been anything exciting in a long time , i remember when kingda ka opened and it was the fastest and tallest at the time and it was such a crazy experience, bring back that excitement
2:47 Everyone… except B&M 😂 Also-the nice thing about the Axis coaster is that it free spins, whereas the 4D coaster rely on guide tracks dictating the movements.
Or the redesign of the 4D coasters😂. But this could help Magic Mountain turn things around for X2. But they will have to re-track X2 due to the fact that the track would be too big for the trains, but they would still be able to re use the steel supports and recycle the elements. If I was in charge of Six Flags Magic Mountain, that's what I would do. I would probably add more elements to it. But I won't look better giving it a regular drop instead of a pre drop.
Seems the Future of Coasters will rely on adding Flat-Ride Spinning/Flipping experiences, as well as perfecting crazy element transitions for that Ultimate Wild Ride!! ^_^
I think entirely new experiences such as elements that go on for much longer. especially like a 350ft zero G stall that lasts for 4 seconds. These much more gradual, and frankly surreal amounts of height. Virtually the opposite of the rapid fire ejector pops you find RMC. But in it's entirely unique way, still just as intense.
I’ve been wondering how B&M would update their wing coaster in a couple year. I have two theories. One is similar to the 5D coaster concept, but using similar magnet controlled spin tech as time traveler, but vertically spinning. This controlled spin would be much more comfortable than a free spin, but not as complex as a 4th dimension coaster’s mechanical spin. The other wing coaster update would be adding updated flying coaster restraints to a wing coaster.
What I want to see Roller Coaster wise .... and I want your honest opinion on which idea(s) are the most realistic: 1. A giga dive coaster. 2. More of these new model Vekomas coming to the USA. 3. A full ground up Titan Track coaster from GCI.
Did you see that COTAland is getting tilt roller coaster? That thing looks amazing, they were discussing that it will be ready in 23, talked about at IAPPA as well.
@@billchief397 I think there is a strong possibility that Cedar Point is working with Zamperla, the have a huge roller coaster division now and stated, they were working on one project at this one place, and one other unnamed places. You should see Zamperlas new launch cars , wow they look amazing.
3:23 but i don’t understand why!!!!!! i understand we live in bad economy right now ,however theme parks don’t pay THAT bad !!! can’t say the same for other jobs though!
I always enjoy your imagination and predictions, I use to do that when I was a little boy thinking, when will we get something bigger than dual woodie at KD.
The future does look bright with Roller Coasters in the coming years. IAAPA was a hoot and enjoyed it a lot. Such fascinating ideas everyone is coming up with. Great Video Boss. Keep them coming!!!
Great video, I think roller coasters have a bright future I would love and hope to see a 5 D coaster, I have ridden X2 at Magic Mountain and that ride is insane so if a 5D coaster were to become a reality it would be interesting to see which parks have to have one, great video once again!!!
I dont think that the axis coaster would be unreliable as it is essentially just a free spinning coaster but vertical. I think the 5d coaster looks very unrealistic and unreliable
I wonder why Six Flags added a pic of a 10 Inversion Intamin Looping Coaster on their 2023 season pass ad this probably won’t happen but imagine Six Flags starts adding a few of those 10 Inversion Looping Coaster models to their big parks
They don't have any of those, But I don't think ten inversion coasters are maintenence nightmares so those might be good for the chain. Add one and we'll get a quick and easy way to hit ten inversions in the US
Does X2 make you feel sick? I would love to try one but I’ve never tried one like that and wondered if it ruins the experience by making you too dizzy?
The t-rex is being way overhyped and people are going to be disappointed if those things end up with the rattling issues the Raptors have. Also I wouldn't say the 5D coaster would make the 4D coaster look like a family coaster, from the visuals I see the way in which the trains disorient the riders seems much smoother and tamer than the flipping seen on the 4D models. Looks cool as hell.
Rode pantheon 3 times yesterday. Luckily it never went down while I was in line. It did go down shortly after I rode it but I rode the first train of the day.
I would love to see parks get smaller more diverse selection of rides instead of getting a one trick pony of a ride. Smaller rides like copper head strike at carrowinds or ice breaker sea world.
I think the T-rex is all but dead. I just don't see it being cost effective. If they were serious about moving forward perhaps they should start by developing a train with side friction wheels on the outside of the wheel bogie. That way they could experiment with reversing I-Box rails on their truss support structure and reserve portions of t-rex to span a large distance such as a road, ravine or river. Much like the GCI had to go with hybrid track for their Titan track, they may need to start with a hybrid version, in this case I-box/ T-rex before they can find a buyer willing to go full on T-rex. More likely we'll see a single rail wider than raptor, but more narrow than T-rex. Maybe along the lines of the track they used to manufacture for the Skyline Skywarp, but maybe a little deeper in the spine to handle the strong forces and provide a smoother ride. Always fun to think about the future. Thanks for the upload!
What do u think Carowinds next coaster addition will be. I rlly want RMC Hurler cuz it’s honestly my least fav coaster in the world but idk if it will happen

I wonder if the T-Rex will be as unnaturally fast like the Raptor model
Yeah that would be insane
the smaller raptors model make 50 miles per hour look like 65 mph
@@maincoasters yeah

Most likely will hit the 72-78MPH zone for T-Rex but very Intense.
Holy crap please I want that 5D Coaster to become a thing it looks more fun then the Free Spin
Yeah for sure!

I sure f*cking hope we see a 5D coaster like the ones from that Immelmann Coasters 😲

Wait a minute, with intamin video it’s a space theme, Cedar point has been rumored for a space theme for TTD because of Orion.
Did you see that COTAland is getting tilt roller coaster? That thing looks amazing, they were discussing that it will be ready in 23, talked about at IAPPA as well.
Yea it does!! I can’t wait for that!
The amazing thing is the layout... it looks like vekoma did great research, the banking inversions that swoop into a curva all iook amazing

@@ravensrulzaviation I noticed that... it still seems odd however it can work. Waiting patiently

Any coaster that would make X2 look like a family ride in comparison would also simultaneously be WAY too intense for the average joe.

Maybe Top Thrill Dragster is being converted into a T Rex track. Lol, combo with intamin.
That would look ridiculous

Yeah idk maybe S&S?
I want one at Carowinds!

B&m could make the 5-d and revised the 4-d coaster

my hope for the future is they make a launch coaster that never goes down multiple times during the day for issues cough PANTHEON cough.

GCI/RMC building the tallest and fastest Hybrid hyper coaster at Kings Island as tribute to Son Of Beast

Has anyone considered that Intamin announced their vertical launch coaster right about the time that TTD was dismantled?
Yeah that is ironic! Could be something.
I don't see how the T-Rex would be any way cheaper to make than normal 2 rail coasters. Also the massive track looks horrible eye sore.
That’s just with RMC has said in the past about that model. But I can definitely get what you’re saying.
Ah yes 1986. The year of Colossus at Dorney and the Chernobyl disaster.
Immelmann Coasters? Uh, sure Jan. Ya'll there is no such company designing a 5D Coaster. It's a coaster train made for NoLimits 2
