definitely not an L! Just a learning lesson. Until you believe you are worth it, you will not receive what you are worth. I’m not in the real estate market, but if I was charging for a house I’d look at its listing price, then factor in realtor/brokerage cut percentage. Then see what is left over for marketing. For example, a million dollar listing, a realtor may make 3% off that sale ($30,000). If it helps them get their commission from the sale, it makes sense for them to spend 5-10% of their commission on marketing to actually sell the house. Therefore you can charge 5-10% of that 30,000 which comes out to a fair price of anywhere between $1500-$3000. Of course, the services you provide (photo, video, drone, etc, social media content, etc) will change to reflect that. But don’t sell yourself short man! Love the content

Of course these lower paying clientds will either go away with time, or what I did was. I warned them every year that my price was going to go up but they would still get a lower fee than the newer clients to thank them for their support when I was little.
