I literally do an everything shower every week and I feel so refreshed! You dont realize how much a nice warm shower really changes your mood especially during this cold weather!

my appetizer for a good while was 1st thing in the morning is to have at least 16oz of water. Dinner and Dessert is onnthe struggle bus. doom scrolling is a bad habit. i put my phone in another room for hours. detaching felt good. Definitely need #2. i hate everything right now, my fitness journey is taking a big hit. thank u for these tips!
