I love the way this project came out. I would love to see how the clamping mechanism works. I'm new to leather crafting. Thank you for sharing.

Really great plan. Could bd done with a jig saw and sander so the idea is a good one.

This is amazing. Would love to see it in situ, to understand the clamping mechanism you use.

You were going to attach the vector to the description, but alas, I don’t see it. Thanks in advance!!

Great job! I believe construction dumpsters are a wasted resource! I got my granite slab from the cutoff bin at a local counter maker's workshop. I would love a follow-up that shows the clamping mechanism you came up with.

My Joann Fabrics has a Glowforge but I have no clue how to use one any tips? You can rent for $15 hour

unfortunately, i have never used a glow forge but if you can rent it for 15 an hour, i would say that to make this project you wont need more than 30 minutes of cutting time so it makes this project extremely affordable if you can find scrap plastic or wood. they dont have a tech there than can help walk you through it? i would imagine they would.
