I have to back my truck in because I’m going to pull the cab off a f-450 c&c diesel 11’ bed service truck , how much room do I need in the back of the garage wall ?
I bought a SF10 this spring and installed the towers and getting ready to complete the project. These instructions supplied are the worst instructions ever made for a given product. Much of the information needed for cables and hoses is not in the instructions or incorrect. Why was this ever allowed to be released ? I am a retired quality manger as well as a proof reader of equipment Manuel’s.. extremely disappointed with this. I spent years boosting about AL’s as this is not my first unit. No longer will I recommend your products, my other Lifts all have finish blistering off. My lifts are solely used for storage. Never scratched or dirty. I was told they are powerder coated as well. It’s more like a cheap rattle can finish. I tired buying another 4 post last year at back to the 50’s and stood next to sales reps twice on Saturday and got totally ignored. Rep was literally BS with a none buyer. I intern called Troy in PA in Feb and ordered a SF10. Currently 8-23-24 finalizing installation. Very disappointed. BTW your manuals leave your company wide open for successful law suites for buyers. Jim Hughes.

I can’t find the fitting for safety switch for cross bar ?

You will splice the safety switch into the existing wiring by cutting the L3 pole wire and wire nutting the limit switch into the motor.
