That tip of screwing the pan to the body to close up the gaps is cool. I learn a lot from your videos. Thank you so much.

My parents had a Monte Carlo growing up. I spent so much time underneath it fixing things. They also had a thunderbird.

Blimey Tubal that looks like it was a bit of a basket case somebody must really love this car ! Stella job my good man looks like a brand new floor again now ( gotta admit I have no idea what a Monte Carlo is don’t see them here in the UK ! ) Looks like it’s got a few years on it so it’s nice to see it being saved …nice job 👍

I am watching this and I got to thinking about your name. I looked it up. You are very clever. Historically Tubal Cain was the first blacksmith. I am well-read but I have to admit, I did not know that. Very clever. Awesome. The install looks great.

Very nice. Wish I’d seen this five years ago when I put floor pans in my MG. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Just found your channel and really like your style of delivery and content. I've subscribed to your channel and Facebook page. Can you please tell me what guage wire you use for this type of panel work and the settings on your MIG welder. It's also great that you don't use background music! Many thanks, Steve in New Zealand

What's up Steve from new Zealand!!! Dude thanks for the sub! I appreciate it man! And yeah I'm running .035" write out of the mig welder and I'm set to about 14g settings. I like to run my mig a little hot to make sure I get the penetration I need. Thanks for watching!!

Many thanks for the rapid reply and for answering my questions! I have been struggling welding light Guage panel steel. I watched your video very closely and get the "pulse" on a high setting versus continuous on a lower one. Got my machine all dialed in this afternoon and with a change in my technique I'm all good to go 😂

Great work, man! What mig welder are you using? I find that my bigger 220v machines are hard to dial down far enough for sheetmetal.

Thanks bro! I'm using a Miller 180. I run my machine really hot on the sheet metal too.

Cool channel. How many times did you take that panel out and put it back in?

Can you recommend a starter or general good set of hammers for this type of work? Hammer / Dolly

Ну, такое. Вместо сплошного шва ты просто посадил корыто на сварочные клёпки. Я такие вещи делаю сплошным швом.
