I had the same issue with the rear shelf rattle with low frequency bass. I was able to replicate and show the service center manager by pushing down it goes away playing the low frequency bass. They resolved it by putting a bunch of insulation under it. The other rattle I get on and off is the passenger side seat belt holster that goes up and down. But it seems to have gone away with the colder weather. I’ve also been using FSD pretty much every time I get in. It has gotten much better from when I had it in my 2022 Long range model 3. I think I would buy it out right if it were $5k or less.
The no stalks thing is super f annoying where I live in Belgium. Roundabouts? Forget about it. Aside from that, the car is great. But jesus christ the no stalks thing is unnecessary and not practical in a pinch.
Totally disagree, I go through at least 20 roundabouts a day in Denmark, and doesn't find it tricky at all, took about a week for me to get used to it in roundabouts

Great Review. Traded my 21 Model 3 for a 24 Perforance last week and love the car. Like you, I didn't buy my first one to "save the planet". Have had 4 911's over the years and raced Formula Fords as a younger man and find my new 24 a fabulous car to drive. Although the Performance car looks pretty similar to my 21 Model 3, it's really a different carto drive. You really have here is a Porsche equivalent for half price. Great deal. Merry Christmas. Hope you have a good one.
I’ve been considering switching to an electric vehicle for a while now. The only thing that’s holding me back is the potential insurance costs compared to a regular gas-powered car.
My brother has the newer model 3 performance and he loves it, I have a model Y (1 year now) and I really like having the stalks but I feel like sometimes there is a delay when I use the turn signal or putting it in drive. I have had to engage the stalk twice to get it working so I wonder if the stalk-less features are better. But I still like the stalks but I’m sure I could get used to not having them. And yes that quick acceleration never gets old. I love the app as well, but it’s a new thing for me cause I my previous ICE car was basic no heated seats/steering, no bells or whistles. So having access to all the features is such a huge advantage. I haven’t subscribed to the premium connectivity but I know I can watch the cameras on the app too. Just overall it’s great.
What made you choose the M3P over something like the MSP? I'm assuming cost likely wasn't a huge factor for you. Is there anything the new M3P does better?
Anytime I have swapped, I instinctively press the wheel where they'd be. Kind of like phantom reaching for a stalk. I think if you drove stalk and stalkless all the time, you'd adapt.
I'm in Norway. Here we got roundabouts EVERYWHERE. That means i've had a lot of practice with the turn signal buttons and at this point i always know where the buttons are and witch one to press. It's not a problem. Being in Europe also means that we got no FSD yet and the only thing i do not like on the Model 3 or any Tesla is the Autopilot/Adaptive cc. It is completely useless if you don't know how to "handle it" and even then it's just annoying to use.
Great analysis, thank you! I have a quick question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
how do you signal a lane change which usually is one to three flashes vs a full of left or right? My current car you just move the stalk half way and it flashes 3 times.
I used some foam backer board wedged between the glass and deck lid to fix the bass rattle, it's helped a ton. First SC visit didn't bother as it's not "out of spec" and "they all do it"
That is awful low. One of my cars, Hond Accord Coupe has low to no maintenance. Just oil changes and tire rotation. 20k on a set of wheels so low. I get 50k or more on my 18"
I am one who prefers light coloured head liners - i have been in some vehicles that are so dark it feels like a cave. It would be nice if Tesla offered different headliner/pillar colours - similar to what they have with the seat colour.
Most all cars have light headliners. Makes everything more spacious, it's cost effective for tesla, and the neutral color brightens interior. Darker or pure black would make it look like your in a coffin and that is a big turn off for some people buying cars.
I don't think it was a financial reason. I think itnis because of the coming philosophy - CyberCab and FSD. The future may have fewer drivers because of this
The ELON philosophy is "the best part is no part". It's more about having less mechanical failures... less to go wrong. They may have taken it just a bit too far though.
As fun as this car is, would you have still been fine with the long range and saving the around $10,000? Or was it an absolute half to for the performance? I'm not going to lie, the distinctive look of it physically makes me want it even more than the fact that I will use the speed. I don't feel that I will use the speed enough, especially since I full self Drive over 80% of the time. But if I got this car, I would want to drive it more than letting the car do the driving. Especially to justify that!
Had a long range and traded for a performance back in 22. Price to performance and it being supercar levels of power from a dig aside, there is something "comforting" knowing that you have the top spec, it's the full experience, everything the 3 has to offer if you will. I personally think it's worth it.
The M3 AWD LR is the sweet spot. Jerimah has a YT channel to balance out costs to pay more for the more expensive model. Probably doesn't pay rent or mortgage either. May even be rich family compared to a lot of others buying this car just to have it. I'm more than likely going for AWD LR and keeping areo covers on. They look fine to me. The aero inserts in the performance wheel look better on than off to me. Also putting 18" on the performance is dumbfounded. I would never change from the original 20" wheels.
The only thing I HATE!!! Is the voice to text / and text messaging as a whole. I put it in auto pilot to text and use my. Phone. I really do hate it. Other than that I love everything about it.
Unfortunately I do a lot of road trips and any EV is a total no go for me. I could buy a model S plaid if I wanted but just wouldn’t work for my driving. I have a modded X5 M50i that’s plenty quick and don’t have to keep a generator in the trunk 😂
I have had 2 BMWs and the app is a basic as it can get. The most recent was 2022, it is full of BMW adds, there is one screen that I used to check my gas, I made my car payments, and I could book service appointments, but beyond that, the BMW app is deluded with crap. the digital phone key doesn't not even compare to Tesla... Like if you have the key fob for BMW, the car will lock when you walk away.. If you are using the BMW Digital key, it does not auto lock.. you have to do it manually through the app or tap your phone again on the BMW driver handle, and it takes like 2 very long seconds to lock.. Tesla as you know, you have your phone, its instant unlock, and instant lock when you walk away... I will argue with anyone who tries to put the BMW phone app on the same level with Tesla phone app.
so tesla is probably not worth buying if I can only supercharge. I cant install charger at home. Supercharger is almost the same cost as gas where I live.
If ur electric provider is Edison there is a plan called “TOU-D-Prime” which is about 23cents per kwh. If not then, research and call your electricity company if there is better plan if you own EV. I used about 1200kwh and only paid about 280-320 a month
Prior to 2021 models, the paint was soft and prone to chip. Now they’re a little thicker but similar to Honda’s paint, which is also known to be soft compared to other OEMs.
@@khalilwilson2586no different to Toyota and Mazda both our vehicles have many stone chips all over. Sister's new Lexus also has a few marks and is only a few months old.
Appreciate the shoutout to the coal miners. Retired Indiana coal miner here, most of the country doesn’t realize that men die every year trying to produce cheaper energy for the public. Literally just picked up my M3P today in stealth grey with white seats today. Had a blast driving around all day. Already convinced two of my friends to look into getting teslas themselves. Can't ever go back to a gas car ever.
I'm two months into mine, and had a 2021 Model 3 LR w/Acceleration Boost previously. The CPU is faster, the display is snappier, the seats are amazing, the suspension is SO much better, the HD cameras are so clear, and of course it's super-fast. I still got a grin when I punched my 2021 LR w/boost, but now I'm back to a full-on smile. I'm really glad I sprang for the Performance.

Dude on Reddit swapped his 22 m3 suspension for the hyland suspension in the rear. It was under $1k for better and quiet ride.
just saw that as well
He did all 4 corners. Parts for the RWD cars are $550 plus tax if Tesla will sell them to you.
Just got a used M3LR as a company car and it has been a game changer. I use is daily for my commute to work and love it. It's also still receiving software updates as well, despite being a 2018. I would love to upgrade to a new M3 at some point, thanks for the review of it!
Good stuff man, you're talented on camera. Congrats.
Do you ever shift out of Insane mode
67 to 70 DB is not twice as much noise. It is trice as much air pressure but human ears perceive air pressure as twice as much only for an increase of about 10 times the pressure. So a difference of 10 decibels is perceived as double the noise.
TS5 wheels from TSport… what are the specs all around? 18x? And offset.
Also what are the tire specs
@5:30 i brought this up to tesla when testing the semi.
I don't think I could have waited for the Model Y refresh, but not having stocks is kinda why I don't regret not waiting. I like having stocks.. I have had my model 3 for 6 months also. I hate not having the turn signal lever. I have a fair amount of roundabouts on my commute and trying to signal to exit is almost impossible.
just dont like all the other tesla drivers lmao
Why not make a turn signal voice activated or ghost float a button on the screen when the wheel is turned past 30-degrees?
I stopped re-signally... LOL... the pedal to foot experience on my X is like no other, so calming when you drive. The auto shift is so amazing! Texting is my issue without CarPlay.... How do you edit your wheels on your screen, så that the inserts are taken out in the modul on your screen?
Baby wipes are the BEST thing to clean headliner also, recommended as a detailer and salesman of vehicles. Trust me, it's less likely to ruin it.
Whats your opinion between the m3p and model s lr?
Great Review. Traded my 21 Model 3 for a 24 Perforance last week and love the car. Like you, I didn't buy my first one to "save the planet". Have had 4 911's over the years and raced Formula Fords as a younger man and find my new 24 a fabulous car to drive. Although the Performance car looks pretty similar to my 21 Model 3, it's really a different carto drive. You really have here is a Porsche equivalent for half price. Great deal. Merry Christmas. Recently ordered my m3p stealth gray with Black interior, can’t wait.
I’ve been considering switching to an electric vehicle for a while now. The only thing that’s holding me back is the potential insurance costs compared to a regular gas-powered car.
When you switch wheels and tires tires is the speedometer off. Or does Tesla have a program for in the car?
Most definitely speed will be off. Unless somehow can tell the car different size tires are on it
Quick question, Why didnt you wrap the edges with PPF?
what do you mean?
Maybe you're blind but it has a full wrap.
How is road noise with the Cross Climate 2s? Is it a noticeable increase from summer/all season tires that came with the car?
My brother has the newer model 3 performance and he loves it, I have a model Y (1 year now) and I really like having the stalks but I feel like sometimes there is a delay when I use the turn signal or putting it in drive. What made you choose the M3P over something like the MSP? I'm assuming cost likely wasn't a huge factor for you. Is there anything the new M3P does better?
Cost definitely not a factor since he has a YT channel to pay for the car
Handling
Honestly the biggest gripe I have with the new M3P is how hard it is to get out of those seats lol. I have creased the side bolsters already 😭
You think you get use to it if it wasn’t your only car? What if you went back and fourth between stalkless and a stalk car?
You can purchase stalks for it from a 3rd party company, costs about $340 for 2 stalks
Anytime I have swapped, I instinctively press the wheel where they'd be. Kind of like phantom reaching for a stalk. I think if you drove stalk and stalkless all the time, you'd adapt.

Nice video, but what a low electricity price, that’s amazing (Holland avg $0.29-0.35 kw/h) and road tax. Very nice color as well’s.❤
What are your thoughts on a getting a frontal PPF and ceramic coating? Not sure if I wanna go full ppf
diy both, will save you tons
how do you signal a lane change which usually is one to three flashes vs a full of left or right? My current car you just move the stalk half way and it flashes 3 times.
you take a shit in the passenger seat while auto pilot is engaged
What’s the wheel setup? Spacers?
TS5s from tsport, no spacers or anything
I used some foam backer board wedged between the glass and deck lid to fix the bass rattle, it's helped a ton. First SC visit didn't bother as it's not "out of spec" and "they all do it"
Good shout, I'll give that a shot. I still have some foam laying around from the wheel well rattle on my last 3

If ur electric provider is Edison there is a plan called “TOU-D-Prime” which is about 23cents per kwh. If not then, research and call your electricity company if there is better plan if you own EV. I used about 1200kwh and only paid about 280-320 a month
My model Y came out cheaper than the RAV4 and MX-50 hybrids I was looking at.
As a tesla owner, everyone gives you so much crap, but like what am i gonna do sell it for a slower m340i?

Why does Tesla not get better paint? They’re one of the only brands that I see with constant bad paint and no one cares
I love teslas paint. The blue and red pop and I feel like the white pops completely unlike any other white.
Paints look great but they’re known for chipping easily and everyone basically says get ppf on it
Prior to 2021 models, the paint was soft and prone to chip.
China/Europe built Teslas seem a lot better, something about the Freemont cars that is a bit dodgy
Too much hype for nothing😂
best car
Appreciate the shoutout to the coal miners. Retired Indiana coal miner here, most of the country doesn’t realize that men die every year trying to produce cheaper energy for the public. I would much rather burn domestically sourced energy than something from across the ocean. 2025 m3awdlr and loving every mile.
Will never buy anything with musk behind it.
Dude on Reddit swapped his 22 m3 suspension for the hyland suspension in the rear. It was under $1k for better and quiet ride.
