How did you get the axle out of the hub with out taking hug apart more
You have to remove the upper bolt and swing the top of the hub out and down. This will allow you to slide the axle out. After the axle is out put the hub back in place and reinstall the upper bolt to remove the bearing. Thanks for watching.
Is heating the housing 100% necessary?
No it just makes it easier to drive the bearing in. Thanks for watching.

how did you look for them? do you think they are the same as a 2013 sportman 400?

Damn i didnt think you would have to take it that far apart. My old honda was way easier replacing the bearings... times have changed it sucks
