Big up bro I love those guided Breathwork Sessions. It really helps me to keep my practice going because I'm committing to you to finish the practice when I start the video. I know the optimal thing would be to do the Breathwork in silence without any guidance as not doing so holds a cycle of dependency, but it's easy to lose the sense of time so thanks for not letting me get lost in my breath. Well, right now I'm thinking it might be a good Idea to use an interval timer for the solo practice!

Hey flow i have had surgery to repair an inguinal hernia, 8 weeks post op I want to start doing yoga but I want to focus on my core and balance. Could you put together a small video with some basic core exercises or full body exercises for rehab? Thanks!
we got hundreds of them on the channel. especially the beginner classes and the EMBARK program. heal well and hopefully you'll be back stronger than before. we also highly suggest you see a structural integration therapist for optimum recovery as you can't do it all on your own.
Great video! I was uncertain about one thing you were saying in the intro; do you recommend doing this breathwork and meditation *before* exercise so that the work can help you get focused, or doing it *after* exercise so that the "in your body" effects of exercise help you focus?
