Thank you for a very informative video. What is your policy on ink bottles that leak during shipment?

I appreciate your feedback :D - well first of all when it comes to Ink we have a different approach and this is dictated by the season (summer or winter), we first check before shipping if it is leaked in our inventory or in the transport from the manufacturer to us, then we double check if the lid is closed tight, wrap in a clear plastic if it spills not to ruin anything else and we then put it in bubbles and send it , regardless if its summer or winter. We had 2 inks that leaked a little bit in the parcel in thousands of orders so we think our way of processing and shipping ink is dialled in pretty good. In winter when is cold cold ... it can freeze and crack the bottle in shipping - for that we offer replacements but it hasn't yet happen, I only have tested this in winter outside to check and when is super cold and ink is freezing ... it cracks the bottle
