The transition is an extremely vital part of the swing.
This is why we have an ENTIRE course dedicated to the transition in the Pro Speed Hitting System.
In today's lesson, we show you one of the most common transition mistakes players make when they are attempting to get in the right position.
The issue is, that making this mistake could make it look as if you're performing the move correctly...
...but it could be massively hurting overall mechanics!
Thanks for watching and I hope to help you much more with your game in the future!

You're most welcome! Thanks for the comment! ~Michael Pro Speed Baseball
My daughters biggest mistake ! she's 9 and i think you explained in well enough for her to be benefit from.
agree with most of what you say but that stiff front arm is going to cause some contact issues since you don't have the bent arm to adjust to pitches...
Great job describing the problem but this video doesn't actually offer a fix. i.e. how to prevent dropping the back shoulder. Their "Baseball Hitting Fix: Dropping Back Shoulder" video is better.
He absolutely offered a solution. Did you not watch the end? He said to lower your hands independently of the shoulder as you initiate your swing.
He said feels like you’re keeping your shoulders level.
This is literally the definition of casting and causes disconnection and a swing path that’s straight down to the ball. The forward motion of the swing doesn’t start with the hands, it starts with the legs. Please don’t teach this.
