If you need a Windows-Machine with the power of an expensive MacBookPro I would recommend you HP ZBook Studio G10 or HP ZBook Fury G10. For me the HP ZBooks are the best Laptops. Greetz from Switzerland

Depends on your workflow. I'd probably recommend something with a more powerful GPU if you're doing graphics, 3D, etc. in your projects. Otherwise basic projects without graphics will be perfectly fine
