There is a huge discrepancy in Dr Tobin's testimony. Here is a another direct quote from him in the testimony: “Chauvin kept his knee on Floyd’s neck for 3 minutes, 2 seconds, after Floyd took his last breath, Tobin said. After that last breath, Floyd’s oxygen levels went down to zero and Floyd “reached the point where there was not one ounce of oxygen left in the body,” In other words, Floyd had been dead at least 3 minutes and 2 sends before they took him away in the ambulance. With the lungs not working and the heart stopped, how could the oxygen saturation go up to 98%? To re-oxygenate blood from 0% to 98% is impossible without the lungs working and the heart pumping blood through the lungs. Some have said that CPR in the ambulance is the reason. While it's easy to charge the lungs with breathing-like action, without great heart action pumping blood through the lungs, it can't recharge the hemoglobin with oxygen. Yes, CPR moves a some amount of blood through the lungs, it's not like normal heart action. Not enough to recharge a dead man's hemoglobin up to an extremely healthy level of 98%. I've been in the hospital many times with non-respiratory issues, and sometimes had oxygen saturations lower than 98%. This dog just doesn't hunt.
@@noob3dprinter Yes that's right. Someone cleared this up for me. Landenfeld did say his carbon dioxide level was 100, not 100%. @big andy yes he was a late addition ? but the judge wouldn't allow the new evidence because the defence hadn't had time to prepare ,that's what would have caused a mistrial ,he just went over blood oxygen levels to rule out carbon monoxide being a cause of death ,as far as the blood oxygen levels were concerned they had known that information for months it wasn't anything new ,he just stated because of the high oxygen levels carbon monoxide was not a factor in his death and the jury had a right to know that information obviously or the judge wouldn't have allowed it

Sadly this doctor and the prosecution just admitted mr Floyd had 98% oxygen which proves he was not strangled or died of a lack of oxygen, this proves the defense was correct, mr Floyd died of a heart attack and the officer had nothing to do with his death. With all stupid jokes like m&ms aside, the state prosecutor just proved beyond reasonable doubt the officer is innocent, I honestly can’t believe the prosecution was that fucking stupid.

@Doogie rj That's 98% when he arrived at ER, which is after the paramedics performed CPR, which typically results in a rise in oxygen saturation levels to 94-98%. All that is proof of is that the paramedics performed CPR. This study (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6072928/) states an ‘...SaO2 (oxygen saturation) between 94-98% is a dedicated treatment goal in current guidelines’. Meaning doctors aim for 94-98% oxygen after a cardiac arrest, during CPR. I know its easy to see +90% oxygen and think "We breathe oxygen, that means he was breathing" but that's simply not the case.

Speak to the nurse and chemist on the jury. They will know about blood gases without them being introduced. Why did the defense open the door to blood gases but, not present the results to prove their point? They will wonder.
@E walker The defence was not provided with the blood gases report before. Hence they asked it to be excluded out of the prosecutor testimony today... But the judge did allow to include the oxigen saturation levels taken during the EMR which was fair enough
They’re now asking for test to be allowed as newly discovered evidence! I didn’t get to hear if the judge said yes or no, just the request and rebuttal.
@@clairepaterson2374 It wasn't newly discovered, the defense asked for these test results 2 months ago and the prosecution claimed none were ever done. The prosecution has 100% of the burden to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. If they miss something, it cannot be brought in at a disadvantage to the defence without adequate chance for them to bring back their expert. Easy? Yes, it's the law. Nice try though.

GOD BLESS, doctor Tobin. He won't have Mr Floyd Blood on his hand. 🙏🙏🙏
Our Irish brother Martin Tobin made bits of that dirty cop and his fake witness ,god bless him for telling the truth and being excellent in relation to the way he expressed it to the jury in simple terms
@big andy lol don't worry you haven't solved the case in relation to Oxygen in his blood and dying from asphyxia , Believe me this was common knowledge to all the experts that had received a copy of the blood tests and and had months to prepare ,if it had been some kind of ureka moment they would have brought it up ,iam sure there was a reason why they didn't ,that's why they are experts in their field ,try CPR and recieving oxygen ,but could not get the heart started again because the brain had been starved for too long and no electrical pulse for the heart but was still being artificially pumped
