    I think heating the garlic paste over oil for 20 minutes may burn the paste. 2 to 3 minutes may be the right answer, kindly advise.Thank you.😊

      +Andrew Ho I'm not sure about one month, usually finished in 2 or max 2 1/2 weeks.

      +geekt55 I bought it online many years ago. They are available at many appliances or kitchen stores..ie Walmart, Sears, London Drugs, Amazon, BBB, etc

      There's no preservative, good for up to a week but best consume within 3 days. Thanks.

      My chicken stock; chicken bones/legs, water, onion & bit of ginger (if for cooking chicken rice).

    If you cook out the paste and you want to use it again, isn't it useless because all the flavour has gone?

      +mimoocho dom Don't worry, the flavour remain the same...bring it back to room temp before serving or add it to any dish. Hope this help..
