    new bulls eye owner here….thought supposed to pull chicken at 165?

      Chicken Breasts should be 165° … Chicken thighs 175°. If the breast is 165° chances are that the thighs are 175° when doing a whole chicken

      Chicken was awesome and I think you'll love the rub. It has been great on pork and chicken and I'm pretty picky when it comes to rubs and seasonings. Just bought a new Beef Rub that I'm anxious to try out too, this is just waaaay too much fun!

    Really loving all your videos sr! Gave me a lot of great ideas! I just ordered me a bullseye today and can’t wait! Seen some really bad reviews on the bullseye,and some good ones,but watching your videos help me make my decision! Can’t wait to get smoking.

      How's your bullseye doin? I just got mine today and did the initial burn on it. Can't wait to cook on mine. Setup was easy and it came up to temp fast. So far so good.

      NICE! I think you’re going to love it as I do. I do recommend Bear Mountain Pellets. They really add a lot of smoky flavor. The Bourbon Blend, Gourmet Blend, and Sweet BBQ are awesome. I just got some pecan that I’ll be trying here before long. I have some links in the description section of my videos if you want to check them out. WARNING! The Bullseye is addictive! Have fun with it!

      Check out C&T custom fabrication on FB. All stainless steel. Can do your own design as well. I use a an all stainless plain one and have one w a design as well. Hung that one out on patio :)

      Thanks for watching ... chicken turned out great. I think the noise from the fan is amplified a bit by the microphone and the volume level set on the video when I put it together.

      I’m not real sure, but I’m thinking the Bullseye is bigger, it’s also called 380. I’m thinking the 380 is the sq inch cooking area while the 340 would be 340 sq inches. I could be completely wrong, but you might want to check it out if you are at all concerned about the size. Either way it’s a win/win hard to go wrong with recteq. I love my Bull and Bullseye. Don’t have the 340, but I’m sure I’d love it too. I do recommend getting Bear Mountain pellets. Those things are awesome, burn hot, burn clean, smell good when smoking and the flavor is undeniable.
