Great content, as always Ricky! I've been having great conversations (and getting a ton of emails) when circle prospecting around "coming soon" properties. Those that express interest, I email them the link (and remind them it's not on the internet yet), then ask if I can stay in touch with them going forward via email. It's been a game-changer for me.
I don't know but I have a feeling that the moment you ask your prospect "how's your day going" it sounds so salesy. I just wanted to go straight to the point! Anyone with me?
Your numbers and stats are missing at least one major factor... how many realtors were in the business at each level. We've got twice as many realtors competing for the same or less inventory.
Indiana starts everything July 1st in conjunction w our Governor mandating buyer agency on July 1st. I’m ready to crush it and set the standard in the new rules !
I moved from Tampa to Santa Clara a few months ago and I’m thinking of purchasing a single family home there, but with real estate prices currently through the roof, is it still a good idea to buy a home or should I invest in stocks for now and just wait for a housing market correction? Looks like NVDA, TSM and AMD and AVGO are strong buys this week.
@@BrandonRichards21 well you could put a downpayment on a home and as well diversify as much as you can into Ai, energy and big pharm. stocks like Pfizer and JnJ, ASML, MLM and S&P 500 ETFs. I’d suggest you go with a managed portfolio, but even those don’t perform so well, so it’s best you reach out to a proper fiduciary to guide you, that’s what works for my spouse and I making a whooping $738k in Q4 last year

Nothing says salesy like going right into if they want to buy or sell
This is a great script and marketing idea...unfortunately in New York State we are forbidden to make cold calls...or risk heavy fines!
Really?? You can’t cold call in NY?

Yup you have to keep it fresh and tweak what you are saying to folks. So true. I'm learning how to be more flexible.....when I'm pitching.....

Rates drop under 5 again we’ll have a record breaking year. I think it will be another couple years before that happens though…
Which is why now is the time to hammer the phones so when that time comes you are the one people want to list with

it’s a personal decision, but according to Forbes, housing activities will remain stagnant for the most part of the year, so maybe hold off a little.
