What has always made you stand out to me is that you are not a mainstream knockoff. I do not mean this personally or in any way to offend - but nothing about this intro seemed meaningful or authentic. I stopped the video as it reminded me of a Grant Cardone impersonation - not exactly a trustworthy or sincere vibe.
A dime a dozen intro for a guy that has totally set himself apart, and much higher than these others in my estimation, as a professional and a person? This canned B roll egotism is not adding up as a way to present yourself. Why would you lower your standards to the same as what others do who frankly wouldn't even talk to you not that long ago? I think you were built to break the mold, not to be poured out into someone else's version of you.

Ricky, I think you’re an inspiration, very informative, & and an amazing motivator. I have been a struggling CO Realtor since I got licensed 5yr ago. I have stood on the sidelines (2 Listings & 1Buyer that fell thru), watching all of this crazy change in RE
The once confident me has become a ball of emotions when a close friend or family member doesn’t choose me as their home girl🏡. But I refuse to be that 80%!
The industry also frowns upon us Agents that have day jobs.
Personally, I feel like having a flexible day job shows my grit& hustle. Thank you for the sound advice & enlightening me that RE is plentiful & there is no need to dwell on lost deals or compare myself to full time Agents.

@dawnrykovich6175 hey. The industry doesn't look down on you for having a day job. Stop telling yourself that. Not true. And, if you friends and family won't use you, that's ok. You weren't trying to sell them. Business is unlimited. Go get as much as you want. You got this!!
