Regarding your problem with the 9in gap behind the wheel arch. I was given a brilliant piece of advice from an old tradesman, if you ask the question "does it need extra?" Then it does so just do it. Usually saves time in the long run.
I have watched a ton of van build series youtube channels you guys seem to be on the right track. One suggestion I have is in your Playlist for the van make a seperate Playlist with out the shorts. The 10-15 minute videos pur wonderfully done but the Playlist for new people finding your channel is a little cluttered. Good luck in the future with the van and youtube.
Hey Murray! We appreciate the compliment. We are taking what little knowledge we have with all of this and making the best out of it lol. Love the playlist suggestion, and we did just that.
You said you cut your 2x6 into a bunch of 1x1s? But in the video your frame ends up looking like 2x2s. What was the actual measurement of the framing? And if you use 1 inch foam board does it come up level?
Completely unnecessary... never put would or non moisture proof floor in I'm putting in 1/2 or 1 inch foam insulation 1/2 in. PVC... 4 X 8 SHEETS... yippi
There are many ways to build a van and more opinions that you can handle. We chose to do it the way we did after hours upon hours of research and consulting two professional van builders. Thanks for the comment. Also, it’s wood *
Yah... you really did a great job... I was just being a dick cuz Ford can't get me my vehicle anytime soon... could you just pick me up... I'll be good but I'm old 74 wtf

Why not glue directly to floor ribs?
No mitre saw, but you do have a table saw that most likely came with a mitre gauge. 9:54
We ended up buying a miter saw. Fantastic purchase.
It’s a home made Tik stick. ua-cam.com/video/Cd2LY857oTY/v-deo.html.
