    I live in the USA I love your demos but fell like the ingredients used is so foreign to the USA I feel like I would never be able to find these ingredients.

      A lot of the materials are available in the US. There are a few ways to broaden your searches for raw materials:
      • Visit our global suppliers page: createcosmeticformulas.com/IngredientSuppliers/cosmeticingredientsuppliers-897/
      • Join our Cosmetic Raw Materials for Small Brands facebook group: facebook.com/groups/1734896293290235/ here you can split packs with others to access materials from large suppliers
      When you are a student with us, you also get access to our raw material database, which has 1000’s of raw material details in it, along with supplier details - so you can access this info, get in touch with suppliers and ask for samples (they will provide our students samples) and/or seek minimum pack sizes (or consider purchasing and splitting packs on the Small Brands facebook group above). There are only 2 suppliers in Nz, Pure Nature abd Go native. They will not have these ingredients and sourcing overseas is expensive.What a mission.

    Why do you keep showing raw materials, several in a formula, that we can't buy anyway. They can't be bought by people who watch your videos.
    and it would be so nice if you would write not only the product tradename in the drop-box in the pdf documents, but also the INCI. I open a pdf and have to google out the INCI for each raw material separately. Not sure if your product is purchasable. Especially for start-ups or (still) private people. (I know.....same INCI, different result) It would also be good if you sometimes create formulas where the raw materials are available.

    I am wondering would oil phase keep stable in water phase without an emulsifier? Or in this formular some ingredients have emulsifying properties? Thank you very much if you would answer my question.

      I think xanthan gum is enough

    • @theinstituteofpersonalcare6401
      @theinstituteofpersonalcare6401  10 місяців тому

      the xanthan gum is doing the stabilising, oil input in an emulsifier free serum is kept to a minimum as the gum/polymer is doing the stabilising
      Learn how to formulate with active ingredients, including how to stabilise them in your formulas and check quality/stability with our Certificate in Advanced Cosmetic Science: personalcarescience.com.au/CosmeticScience/CertificateinAdvancedCosmeticScience-478/ or Diploma of Personal Care Formulation: personalcarescience.com.au/CosmeticScience/DiplomaofPersonalCareFormulation-479/
