    Abyssinian Oil is Excellent to use in Skincare Products & Nipaguard is a Great Preservative.
    I use CA/20 Emulsifier and have found is excellent to use also.
    May I put that please get Qualified in Aromatherapy before using Essential Oils or Blends In Products Absorbed by the Skin otherwise the can be more harmful then good.

      The reason for this is baby products come under very scrutinising process as any product made needs to be safe to use and the product formulation need to be stable for a period of time and free from and microbial growth. So products for children and babies are more controlled. As the absorption is greater in younger skin.

I like to test all my products before making them for sale and i made a mask and applied the mask right after adding the preservative to the finish product and it made my skin really red and tingly.. just not sure if it was maybe an ingredient or the preservative as maybe i should’ve wait a couple hours for it to settle.

    Can you maybe do a video on how to test products at home? Like microbial test?

    • @madventures1318
      @madventures1318 4 роки тому

      This can’t be done in an home environment. The tests involved has to be done by a professional in this field. Firstly the microbiology test or even the preservative test requires the use of bacteria to determine the preservation of the product for a period of time and these are biological class 1 e.g ecoli , a.aureus. The total viable count test is carried out .. which require incubators agar inoculator etc etc there is no other way to do this test. As the main concern is product quality and consumer health

      Yes you need to check the ph as different areas of your body for application are suited at different ranges. This is according to cosmetic standard regulations.
      So to summarise the pH of cosmetic products should remain in a certain range so that the colour, viscosity, skin feel and physicochemical stability remains intact during its shelf-life and during its application by the consumer. Thank you
