    Khane k 45 minut bad Pani. Subah 5 min prayam 10 minut mornng walk.subah 9.30 nasta. Din me lunch. Rat 7.30 diner ya fruit se pat halka ho gaya aur weight 5 kg Kam ho gaya 82 se 77 kg ho gaya sir ji thanks

    मै 1997 से योग कर रहा हूँ मुझे सर्दी रहती थी जो कि कुछ समय बाद ही ठीक हो गयी। शारीरिक परिश्रम थोड़ा अधिक करता हूँ। जिससे वजन थोड़ा कम है। एलोपैथी दवाओं से बहुत दूर रहता हूँ।

    Thank you very much sir, actually I used to drink water while eating because of choking and other problems. But after seeing your video on water I started to follow now completing 6 days and can't believe after drinking a glass of water exactly 1 hour before meal I saw that I don't have to keep water next to me while eating. No problem at all. It's unbelievable thank you sir.

    Awesome content. It was worth spending time watching this video. I knew about Giloy, pranayam, water after meal, and Aloevera. However, amrit kalash and mudra are new to me.
