    Did you catch the camera movement when I was cutting the potatoes? My dog was on the floor at my feet waiting for scraps to fall, and she kept bumping into my tripod! 🤦‍♀🤷‍♀🤷‍♀

    I watched this video when you released it. I had everything for the breakfast bowl but ground meat in the house so I subbed in black beans. When I tell you this is now one of my go-to breakfasts. I WFH so I don't have to pack the food to go. At the beginning of the week, I roast potatoes, make black beans, and store them. Then assemble the bowl as the week goes on. My SO is vegan so he will use the base ingredients with just egg.
    Just wanted to thank you for this new breakfast idea.

      Ohhh, I love the idea of subbing in black beans! I may have to try that! I've been trying to add in a few more meatless dishes each week. I'm so glad you enjoyed it, and the way you're meal prepping it to make it work for you is sooo great!! Love it! Thanks so much! 😊😊

    Looking forward to trying these. My grandmother taught me that if I put a piece of bread or even a paper towel in with the bagged lettuce, or spinach etc. if will absorb the moisture and it stays fresh and crisp longer.

      Oh, that's a great idea! I'll have to try that. I usually use my big bins for my heads of lettuce, but sometimes I just buy that bagged cut lettuce for convenience. I will try that though. Thanks!

    Hi! I absolutely love your videos! I have been using them to meal prep for the last 3-4 weeks on WW for my husband and myself! I am going to be doing nearly everything in this video next week!. Regarding the Enchilada Lettuce Wraps- I don't know if I missed it, but I couldn't find info on neither the WW points nor how many servings the recipe makes. I printed it out, but don't see it anywhere and I didn't hear you mention it. Any help on that would be greatly appreciated!

    What could I use in place of the potatoes in the taco breakfast bowl? Potatoes aren't in my plan ( I'm not WW).
