How to Replace Your Rear Derailleur

At some point we all experience problems shifting gears. Sometimes the chain rattles, sometime it lags and sometimes it jumps multiple cogs. If you are unable to adjust your way out of these problems and the trouble is mainly occurring on the shifts to harder gears it might be time to replace your rear derailleur.
