Love the dichotomy of the 2 best voices in the game. 1 was one of the VA's they sought out and hired, that being Prez. The other is Crimson 1, who's just a random guy the devs met in a discord call. The voice acting in general is great in PW, but these 2 steal the show
My favorite voice actress moment comes from a certain shinobi videogame. There's a bit where one of the shinobi pretends to talk like her main rival, and I'm pretty sure the devs told the VA to go at it with her full power level, because how close she gets absolutely throws you off. It's a really cool reminder that these people are professionals, and it makes the joke extra funny.
Supposedly it was cut content, before the devs decided having her scream like this could get irritating if you're struggling in the fight. Instead they chose to have her pass out from G and not regain consciousness for the duration of the fight. This direct all the players' frustration and anger at Crimson instead.

Don't get me wrong, Greywolf's Jester for the Tomcat is brilliant. I just think sometimes it would be nice to have someone different in the back for a change. And heck, who wouldn't want Prez in the back in DCS?
@@Das_akane there are mods that replace voicelines, but the sheer number of voicelines means that most only replace some of Jester's lines. One mod adds in the voice lines of that dogfight instructor doing the "put the nose on him and kill him!" for Jester in a dogfight, another replaces most of Jester's lines with a female voice (AI generated unfortunately).
