    I definitely needed to learn how to squat properly. I always run out of breath even if I'm not moving fast. I have high blood pressure so that could be the problem. Great lifting 🏋🏽‍♀️💗

      thank you queen! you might have to practice controlling your breath on the way down and taking a pause at the top.
