Very enlightening video, There’s this woman I got in touch with during the 2020 lockdown which cost me my job. Mr Norman Davis helped me manage my assets by introducing my to the best trading platform and strategies, I earned a lot of $$$ working with Norman at the comfort of my home. I still keep in touch with the amazing lady

Hi there, I’m commenting from Switzerland . Interesting to know she connects with people from different parts of the world. Such an ambitious woman. I got in touch with Mr. Davis early this year. As a newbie in the market, I had little knowledge on predicting the stock market, but with Ms. Norman weekly analysis and advise profits are guaranteed! I received three times my initial deposit in a week!!

Not a lot of people are aware of this new market, only a handful know how it works, I was fortunate to reach out to Mr. Davis the beginning of last year, she put me through the basics as a mentor would do, I learnt and earned massively from trading at the comfort of my home.

Thank you for a great documentary! Loved the connection you made between St. Patrick and King David, who both started out as lowly shepherds. All the places you showed us were awesome. As I like history, and travel (at least watching travel videos!) and videos made by people of faith, I've just subscribed to your channel. BTW, I like and own Thomas Cahill's book, "How the Irish Saved Civilization". I recommend it to anyone who studies history.

A truly engaging account of one of my favorite saints! I thought I knew a lot about Patrick and Ireland (being 1/4 Irish); I was wrong! All of the locations that you visited were fascinating and inspiring. However, you have NO idea how dizzy I felt watching you scale Skellig Michael!! I look forward to watching other episodes that you have recorded.

Saint Patrick was neither a Protestant nor a Catholic but a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ. His wife’s name was Shelagh and the 18 of March is her feast day. He was captured as a slave and brought to Ireland to herd pigs and sheep on Slemish mountain ( near the port of Larne. ) in the year of 400 ad . He spent 6 years working and herding sheep and pigs.when Patrick had a dream of a boat ready for his escape to be home again. He went down to the boat and escaped home again. He arrived home and tried to catch up on his studies in God’s word. He wasn’t able to take the memories of Ireland from his mind. He gathered a group of Spirit filled believers to return to Ireland and evangelize the Irish. He was a Gaelic Speaker and equipped for this immense task. He spent years as a Spirit filled believer and was operating in the spiritual gifts of miracles and healing He returned to Ireland in 332 ad . Because he was operating in the miracles and healing. Like the early believers he had great success and even to this day fruit is being evident. Ireland became the island of saints and scholars and it will return to Christianity. ua-cam.com/video/eL7BIGnj4SA/v-deo.html

Patrick wasn’t Catholic nor Protestant. He was a Christian.
Catholicism isn’t even known to have come to England until 597 or so. Patrick died around 459.
The Roman Catholics will “kidnap Saint” anyone they can. 😂

I encourage everyone to read "Let Me Die in Ireland" by David Bercot. Much of what this man in this video says is not true about Patrick. Patrick was not even catholic. He was not a priest, he was a bishop of the Celtic Church of Britain, he did not teach about the trinity using the shamrock. That would have been considered blasphemy back then. There is much much more to Patrick than this video will show.

You did an amazing job, showing us the Ireland of St. Patrick's time as well as the present time with the Book of Kells, the cathedrals, Trinity College n all the ruins n islands where the monks preserved the Christian documents that JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD initiated and ordained the Apostles to continue to spread HIS HOLY WORD!!! The prayer at the end of the video topped it off fabulously!!! Mr. Story, you have given us a magnificent tribute to the REAL meaning of St. Patrick's Day. Thank you for posting. .🙏🍀💚🗝️🌟👍🕊️

I'm 60-ish and was born & raised a Roman Catholic and didn't know until now that Patrick was never ordained as a Saint by any Pope.!! What an amazing fact. Anyway, his miracle is not driving snakes away (no snakes on islands) or raising dead people back to life (quite impossible) but convincing the Irish that you're right and they're wrong, now that's a real miracle.!!

One St. Patrick's history that I ran across stated that when Patrick returned to Ireland to "convince" the people there to adopt Christianity, that he used tyranny and violence up to and including death, to bring those conversions about. What I learned about St. Patrick from that history made me not want to celebrate the holiday any longer. But how do we know what is factual and what isn't?

Dave, I believe you're getting dangerously close to becoming Catholic after this and all your drive through history in Israel!! 😂 In the Catholic Church we do light the Paschal candle at Easter vigil the evening before Easter every year. The Catholic Church is a wonderful place to be as it is the church that Jesus Christ founded and said that the gates of hell would never prevail. It's the only church that's been around for over 2000 years, sure we have problems and a lot of sinners amongst us, but I was I said the gates of hell will never prevail against it!! Beautiful video!! ☘️

    • @shawnerandlett9384
      @shawnerandlett9384 Рік тому

Stop with the ridiculous "church that Jesus Christ founded" fantasy. It's just demonstrably and historically not true. The Catholic church finds its beginnings with Gregory around 590 a.d. Jesus did not set up your multi-layered bishops with all your man-made church rules, never directed any devotion to His mother, and did not made Peter a pope. It condemned the true gospel of faith as accursed at Trent, and has been officially apostate ever since. For Dave to become Catholic would indeed be "dangerous." It means he'd be forsaking the gospel of Jesus Christ for fables and a works-based salvation.

Thank you Dave Scott for giving us an amazing account of Saint Patrick, as we celebrate St Patrick’s Day. I have been inspired and puffed up by the history with regards St Patrick’s life and Ministry here on Planet Earth in Ireland. I thank God that God chose me too to be a committed and dedicated Christian. I’m not ashamed to be associated with him after learning of what he achieved during his lifetime. May he rest in peace and rise in glory. The righteous shall live. I thank God that St Patrick did not die prematurely, before he finished his assignment from God, so I pray for us all Christians to continue to hold on and do what God called us for until our good old ages, just like Saint Patrick. God bless us all as we continue to serve Him in our godly given assignments.

This is a beautiful documentary of St Patrick. So much more information about the accomplishments during his life. St Patrick was just an amazing man. Was amazing how he was able to being Christianity to the people of Ireland in a way that they could understand. A humble man walking with God and amble to accomplish many things during his life.

@@lorrainecc99 It was because of St Patrick's conversion of those pagans of Ireland that brought back Christianity to Scotland, Wales and England. You can thank him for that. He knew the Scriptures better than any learned priest or decon.

@@kathrynjordan8782 Yes like I said, he popularised it. By using pagan symbols and traditions... whilst condemning said Pagans who weren't so eager to convert.
Not sure why I should be thanking him honestly! Who knows how a modern Pagan Ireland would have looked? And if Patrick didn't spread Christianity some other forsaken missionary would have tried it. Still, Christianity really didn't do Ireland any favours!

Thank you so much for this amazing journey, exploring the life of St. Patrick, the significance, and the history of Ireland. I went to watch this video only expecting to hear how St. Patrick drove snakes out of Ireland, which is what I had previously heard of him. But the real accounting of his life, his suffering, and his faith, is immeasurably profound and moving. And thank you for the prayer. God bless you. ❤

I think to boil down the core tenant of western civilization you arrive at this: Every human being is created in the image of God, with a spark of the divine. The rest takes care of itself.

Which would you rather have, a religion where you have to round up and kill your neighbors, or a religion where you eat a piece of bread, drink a little wine, make music, help your fellow beings and pray? Oh, and build churches.

So Patrick wasn't even Irish 😅 and how did I never know that Irish enslaved people. It's amazing what people choose to hold onto. Maybe the Brits should demand reparations? Or better still we should all accept that at one point no matter where we are from people have been oppressed and oppressor. Although I get this doesn't fit the narrative of white people bad and none more so than the English.
