Yo solía comprar esas botas pero aprendí gracias a todos los zapateros que sigo en UA-cam que la calidad de las botas no es buena ni duradera y encontré mejores marcas y calidad como red wing, whites o nicks . Aún así tenía la duda si se podían arreglar bien y este sin duda es el mejor video de UA-cam de un resole de doc martens. Ánimo Aarón sigue con el buen trabajo.

Just going to say this; saw on a previous video where you got questioned for not "trenching" the stitches on a sole, and the reasoning you "suggested" was that most larger boot makers/cobblers don't do that and left it hanging. They don't because they are in mass production and have set parameters for there "lines" when operating , even though it's just another step by about 3 minutes add that up and that's why they don't. As a small shop doing that sets you above others that do not, it gives more life to the stitches on the sole, (Yes) it doesn't retract from the gluing but hey Be a step above is all.

Pues la verdad es que la necesidad obliga, hay que estar al pendiente de ella y trabajar al mismo tiempo, tiene sus pro y sus contra, pero lo que si es que nunca se me va a olvidar, que empezamos este negocio ella y yo juntos desde que ella tenia 11 meses aún no caminaba, y ahi estábamos los 2 mientras mi esposa estaba también en su trabajo!!

My beige suede Docs could use this same treatment. :) Been wearing them sparingly as the sole is getting pretty flat in areas.

Well honestly the sole they use is nothing but a peace of rubber they use foam, I put cork, their shank is a peace of cheap wood 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ I don’t really like them!! Be safe man!!!

Those boots are beautiful! Great job. I love the look of Docs but the soles they come with are too soft. You made them perfect.

Is there a way that you can just replace the bottom part of the sole without tearing off the top part where the yellow stitching is at? I want to maintain the original "Doc" and "worn" look, i just want new bottom soles...All the videos i see online just replace the whole thing, is it possible to just change the bottom? Thanks
