Bravo Aarón, soy seguidor de tus videos y honestamente muchas de las reparaciones que realizas son inclusive mejores que el diseño original. Felicidades…!
Love your videos, always worth taking the time to watch. Also, you should make a video about your favorite boot/ leather conditioners. I’m curious to hear a cobblers opinion
Just saw another cobbler who did a video of a GS diesel boot resole. He showed that the boot has paper/synthetic material between the insole and the cork. Very disappointing. I was under the impression that GS didn’t use synthetic materials in their construction
I think I know what video you are referring to, and that little nylon sheet is to prevent squeaking on the leather. This is hardly anything to be disappointed about, most brands do something similar to prevent the leather squeaking. It's not like it actually impacts the construction quality in any way, it aint load-bearing nylon lol
Excellent work on the boot. The boot in my opinion was in a good condition, just needed some heavy brushing and shine. I don’t like the new sole though, I don’t think it’s the best for the Diesel boot IMO.
Yes it is, but as I mentioned the boots were previously resoled and whoever work on them didn’t replace them. GS uses thin midsoles These boots had stitches on top of stitches I was forced to sand them down, that makes the midsoles extremely thin. That’s why I replaced them and at the same time I put new cork if you noticed it wasn’t any good.
Greetings my good brother..... I'm away for work... But here we are working and watching your videos brother... Send me a shout out my bro in your next video... Hug Aaron
The grand stone just aged so well. These are beautiful boots that can last quite some time.
The vibram gumlite looks great. I bet they’re comfortable, too. Excellent job! 👍🏼
Looks like they are right off the showroom shelf! Great job, as always, Aaron.
"Say what?" Hahahaha! Like a boss!
Wow! Great job. The outcome was great! 👏💯🔥 Another idea for me 😀 when is time to resole my Diesel boots. Great job Aaron! 💯
*Yea they were pretty filthy! You made them look brand new which is awesome! The customer will love it!*
*3:45** The slow motion of "Say what!" with the angry slam of the rubber top lift, bouncing off the boot is my favorite part lol 🤣🤣!*
