I recently experienced a challenging split. It has been really difficult since my five-year relationship ended a few months ago. My ex-boyfriend is still very much in my heart, and I can't seem to stop thinking about him. Nothing has worked in my attempts to get him back, and at this point, it seems impossible to be with anybody else. I realize it may seem strange to admit this, but I miss him terribly and think about him constantly.
I completely understand the pain of letting go of someone you love. I went through a similar experience when my 10 year relationship ended. I couldn't imagine my life without him, so I tried everything to rekindle our love. I eventually found guidance from a spiritual counselor, and their support helped me bring him back into my life if you're open to it, seeking help from a spiritual counselor might make a difference.
The love the fact that dad used the money for child support to paid the daughter college, it's not guarantee the mom wouldn't used the money for herself and the daughter would had got herself in debt aka student loans. Well done dad
I have to say, I just can't relax as well with these older episodes. There's really something quite calming about ending a day with Judy screaming at some people.
I think it was the fact that it was basically involving her in things. Asking her to move in so he didn't have to worry about his child support increasing
The father seems like a decent fellow, and the mother seems very vindictive. Just my opinion, but I think she is angry that he has moved on with his life, so she's trying to screw him over.
It would be different if the daughter was still a child, but I don't see what the problem is with the dad asking his adult daughter, who's college he's paying for, to come live with him so that he can avoid having the amount of his child support payments nearly doubled. Seems unnecessary to try and make out like the dad is up to something. If the mother is making so much less, then it's a great solution for her too.
The mother should be forced by the courts to pay child support. The JJ double standard-mother/ex-wife gets away with not supporting her daughter and JJ does not get on her case like she does with EVERY father. REGARDLESS of the gender of the parent, if a child lives with the other parent, in this case her father, then the mom should be FORCED to pay child support. The court should do full investigation into mom’s finances and come up with support order.
I support her and applaud her for refusing to be mistreated. Appalling that they use the word threatened so many times when talking about her standing her ground.
Comments here are wild. His ex-wife has been gouged HIS Tax bill for taxes he DIDN’T pay. That’s what this is about. He thinks because he chose to pay for his of age daughters education it means she should eat HIS tax bill? Everyone needs to stop crying about unfair child support and recognise what this is actually about. He knows that he doesn’t have to pay for his 18 y o son because he’s of age but she HAS to help pay for their daughter? I do think parents should help if they can with higher ed, but if she can’t and he can, it isn’t up to him to just insist she covers some because he does. She has a job btw, she WORKS for the unemployment office. She can’t afford to help her kid with college. He can. She can’t afford to pay HIS tax bill. Why is this even a question??
Seems to me that if the plaintiff decided $1100 a month was proper child support, the defendant should have filed in family court for her to pay it once he obtained custody of the child. She'll probably get that tax refund, but the defendant might tell his kids to ask mom for support because after the judgment, she has the money for it and he doesn't.
Random question for the US people: How does making a parent pay more money for support than they can afford work? If the parent cant afford 200 dollars a month for example, they go to jail no? I'm not defending deadbeats of course who CAN but I've seen a few claim 'I cant even afford rent much less 50/month' so I'm curious about the few legit cases where the parent isnt able to afford the support.
Don’t have a family that you CANNOT hold together spiritually, emotionally, and last but not least financially. That’s how it works. That goes for all “genders” and both sexes.
There's a formula based on their income, # of children to support and #of households those children are in. So if she wanted more money, they had to prove how much they make.
@QueenScorpioSews thank you. So as Judy has said in other cases: If it's legitimately too much, go back to court with your wages and such I wonder if local cost of living goes into that. Like if say, they live in New York where rent is stupid high?
@@horsetuna it is usually based on locality rather than federally. So each state would have their own formula, usually. Idk if the cost of living is used, but I do know most places has a cap on how much a person can owe on child support based on those formulas. That's why some people can owe a fortune, or say, $5/month depending on how much they make and how many kids they owe to.
The courts are overly generous in awarding a parent who stayed at home while the other worked, or giving spousal support. That should be abolished. Ridiculous. Child support yes. Gouging one person into not being able to support themselves by giving away their income is ridiculous. You part ways then support yourself don't live off anyone else. "Diot kid quits school, child support ends.
That's right. The children AT THAT AGE have a right to know what's going on. She's 18! The others are even older. They have the right to be informed.

Asking your daughter to move in with you so that you do not have to pay child support is poor paprenting.
So is nearly doubling the child support even though none of the kids live with her lol
I guess you didn’t hear that she wanted to double child support when the child wasn’t even living with her
