Thank you for explaining so clearly how much fondant is required. Most other sites just give you a calculator. I like to know how numbers are arrived at, and yours has been the best explanation.

Thank you for this excellent tutorial. You are an amazing instructor. Your weight calculations made my head spin, but I will watch it again and figure it out.
QUESTION: When using darker coloured fondant, the corn starch is visible on the cake. Many people say to steam it lightly to melt the starch into the fondant. But you seem to be very concerned about condensation and moisture on the fondant, so it seems like I shouldn’t be using steam. I am at a loss on how to get rid of the corn starch streaks without steam. What do you recommend?

Some questions stay still problematic for me:
how to manage time and schedule of the all process, when to start before the event day?
How to manage the freshness, in or out of the fridge, especially at the final process when the cake is covered with the sugar paste?
So if one day you could share these questions on a video it will be really helpful.
