Thank you so much for this tutorial! I made a 7-tier wedding cake that needed to travel outside my delivery area. My client was happy to pick it up and make the four hour drive to the venue where it was to be refrigerated over night. I used your method of creating a mini fridge within the box because of the length of the drive as I wanted the cake to stay cool for my client. When she got to the venue, they would not refrigerate it! Because of your ingenuity, even though the cake was not in the cooler overnight, when it was unboxed the next day, it was still as cold as if it had been refrigerated! You, sir, are a genius! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Anyone who can cut a straight line like that and only be 1cm off at the last corner is a champion in my book!! I shudder to think how off my cuts would be. Thanks Yener; another great video!

We do this except we put the cake in the "lid" and then place the "box" over the top. Makes for much easier insertion and removal.

Take a duvet, place in your car ,place the box on duvet and wrap around the box . this will keep bottles frozen longer . Use 4 frozen bottles in 4 corners

Thank you sooo much for providing helpful tips and tricks of the trade. I’m using this technique today to deliver a 4-tier wedding cake in Arizona where the temperature hit 104 degrees today and currently is 102 at time of delivery. This is a lifesaver!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

SO clever! Thankyou...I live in Australia, and have really worried about delivering cakes when the temperature is 40+ C, but I won’t ever again! I have stressed myself by completing the decorating in someone else’s kitchen, when I am much more comfortable in my own, and now I can. Sedar, you are a Master and a genius! Using all things I have at home, the stability and the temperature control, 2 things that have always worried me. And disasters??? So funny in retrospect but NOT at the time, my brother’s shoe once landed in a cake I was preparing to take, something I will never forget!

I have learnt so much from you, one was the making of the horse by the tree, a great hit with the horse mad granddaughter. Now I have been asked to make a cake that has to travel 5 hours to get to the venue, I thought of you and yet again you had a cost affective and a brilliant idea for the cake to stay cool. Yes you really are the best. Thank you for all the help past and present.
