The lady is so beautiful from her heart, she is listening to her customer very attentively and asking their choices and she always have a smile on her face. Love the way she is treating people,
I'm from east Africa Ethiopia, much love for you mama, African women are hard workers we love home cooking, to bad we have no street food in USA,Greetings from California!
You know she is legit Ghanaian when she says, "i gave you plenty because you are the first person" and "you can't throw my food away" if you know you know 😂
Oh that's where she moved to. She used to be in Hoxton market on a Saturday. Her food is very tasty. My 12 year old son preferred her jollof rice over mine 😆. I notice she still has no helper. She puts us younger ones to shame. Well done Aunty!
It's understandable that all this Caribbean brothers see similarities between their food back and the our west Africa dishes - I guess our great ancestors took with them some tasty dishes from West Africa. We love u all. Come back home, and learn more
I'm a Ghanaian n love ma three fav dishes, first Banku with hot pepper n Tilapia, second Fufu with light soup n goat meat, n third Waakye stew with chicken

Sweet Wendy I've grown up around Africans judging by her accent she is Nigerian or Ghanaian. Anyway none of these countries make fried dumplings fried dumplings is a Jamaican dish the dumplings you mention is called a spinner which another Caribbean dish
lance tarl Jamaicans (we) do make fried dumplings. And West Africans make them too but they call them different name like what she said, "puff puffs". The puffs ate soft like a dohnut and kinda sweet. I love 'em. Reminds me of back home.
I'm HALF EGYPTIAN BY MOTHER AND HALF WHITE NORWEGIAN BY FATHER AND WHEN THEY PASSED AWAY I WAS ADOPTED BY A BEAUTIFUL ZULU FATHER, BUT A MEAN HATEFUL ARABIAN WOMAN. NO DISRESPECT TO THE OTHER WOMEN OF MY COUNTRY IN SAUDI ARABIA, JUST HER. BUT WHAT I CAN TELL YOU ABOUT TRAVELING THE GLOBE FROM ONE END OF THE EARTH TO ANOTHER, IS THAT THE FOODS LIKE THIS ARE ABSOLUTELY OUT OF THIS WORLD. I HAVE A TRANSLATOR HELPING ME WITH THIS ENGLISH BECAUSE IT IS SO HARD FOR ME TO LEARN I CAN'T GRASP IT. IT IS MY FIFTH LANGUAGE SO PLEASE BEAR WITH ME. BUT TO CONTINUE, THESE STREET FOODS ARE JUST DIVINE. GOOD FOR YOU AND HEALTHY, AND MUCH PRAISES TO THE BEAUTIFUL MAMA WHO HAS PREPARED IT. I LOVE YOU GHANAIAN'S.
Raheel Pervaiz do you know how to cook this food? Materials and ingredients alone are expensive so for her to hire somebody is even more money. In order for it to taste good, it takes time and money. God bless this woman
brick lane has so much food ethnicity.. amazing best in the world. mexican, spanish, african, jamaican, mexican, german, polish anything you want. should be a uk protected area like stonehenge.
Goodness gracious!!! 😍 Are there any Ghanaian brothers and sisters watching this in Auckland, NZ that can teach me how to cook all this deliciousness!?? omg😭😭😭
Tatrice Flowers you are so correct... They like to say american black women dont like to cook but they dont know that we are in constant competition with each other come cooking time. And usually every dish in its diversity tastes delicious. A friends weekend in a large cabin in the woods in the winter just to cook and eat is so much fun!
Tatrice Flowers i believe so. Am waiting patiently for my black american man to come to ghana to cook me some delicious black american dish. He say's you have son amazing food and i believe.
James Kibirige no. don't make assumptions like that. in my country we call it "riz saute" french way. In english we usually call it fried rice, since as we watch naija and Ghanaian movies we started calling it jollof rice Cuz it seems like to them when you add carrots, corn etc it is fried rice and when you just do it the traditional way (how jollof rice is made) you call it jollof. So we also started calling them differently. Yes people will say jollof comes from wolof it doesn't mean the wolof introduced it to over 10 countries where it is eaten.
Ghana we are bless with soon many food for example banku fufu jollof waakye ampesi Tuozaafi yam omotuo Boffrot koose Gari and beans kalawele kontomire stew chichinka and many more

Lady needs an assistant... should put a simple label..
Raheel Pervaiz do you know how to cook this food? Materials and ingredients alone are expensive so for her to hire somebody is even more money. In order for it to taste good, it takes time and money. God bless this woman
If she's anything like my Grandmother, you don't DARE step into her "Domain" when she's cooking.
Great idea to put down some laminated labels with name of food plus ingredient.

You telling me all this time we're cooking Jamaican it's actually Ghanaian!
Anytime I see my Ghanaians showcasing Ghanaian food outside Ghana, it put smile on my face 😀😀👌
What kind of rice is that? The orange one is it something like Briyani rice of India?... the foods looks good & the lAdy is kind.
Jollof Rice. Typical of West Africa, we all make it a little different. Basics is rice boiled in blended tomato, onion and chili. Very tasty.
Libra girl35 The Jollof rice was created by the Wolof of West Africa and is named after their Djollof empire.
BIZOU BRAZZA Hmmmm the name is revealing and they did have a Djollof empire. The dish in their language is called Benachin....
Libra girl35 the orange one is Jolloff Ruce.
Nothing feel better than a black women cooking love you momma
I am Eritrean (African) but I have tried jollof rice and I like it
