    It's such a ridiculous conversation I love learning and it angers me when I hear men telling me I shoild not study and I should not be intellectual, I'm femenine I have kids I stay at home and I love being a woman education for me is not being in competition with men. The te reason why women get careers and build a future for themselves is cos many men have failed! It's hard to find a good strong provider. It's so important to be educated and not stupid, telling woman not to study is just creating another problem ignorance

    Women should do services for other women. This is the solution for fitnah. It weird to have to men when we there can be women who can do it. There should be women doctors for women like dental work,checking,nursing,surgery,midwife and so on. Even there should women tailors cuz some men when they measuring are creepy and want a reason to touch. Another one is Transportation Security Officers should women when dealing with women. Western women are the way the are because of the culture that is promoting it. This though has nothing to do with eduction itself. The real issue here is that guys are lacking in all fields. Its totally ok, if women want to go to school and university and to gain knowledge. But the question is how?
      it's perfect if it is in a women only school or university, because there will be much less fitna than in free mixing educational institution. As we already know the most haram things are being done in schools and universities where there is free mixing, so many people are committing Zina and so on.
      And Allah said in the Qur'an do not come close to Zina (Surah Al-Isra Ayat 32 (17:32 Quran), but somehow it's being neglected by many people that these free mixing educational institutions have become a breeding ground for committing Zina and many unimaginable haram acts.
      and if women want to get married, be a wife and a mother thats also good, that's the feminine nature that Allah has granted to the Women. Please also know that Allah has not put a financial burden on the women, It's the husband's job and obligation to provide for his family (wife, parents,...).
      If women get educated in women only educational institution all the more better, but please also focus on gaining knowledge about deen. Being a mother is far more rewarding than work. This way women can nurture their child more better.
      And if you talking about culture or their culture then in islam being a housewife is regarded as more rewarding than working, so don't let all those liberal people make you think less of being a housewife.

    • @dila01
      @dila01 Місяць тому

      @@kujojotaro4335 the issue here is not about deen in that sense but much more about practical usage of it. Look if the quran is a timeless book, which I believe it is, it should be applicable throughout every time. Its also important to mention that since its timeless its more of a philosophical question instead of a word for word application. By your logic women shouldn’t go to school at all which is stupid. Our people supposed to be well educated and knowledgeable instead of just being made housewives. Ofcourse its more rewarding being a mother but in this times of economics its a luxury to be a full stay at home mom. Thats why I‘m saying if guys want that kind of woman then they should be able to provide that lifestyle for her to be a mother. But if you‘re broke and sitting in front of your TV all day how can you tell her what life she should choose? By the way iman doesn’t come from making everything forbidden but rather from the strength of it to not be persuaded to pleasure and nonsense. Us muslims today are openly being hated and disregarded yet we hope for western acceptance instead of building our own strong people, narratives and cultures.

    I'm a woman and I agree with some points you mentioned. I will agree that education should only be sought in halal under Shar'i conditions.
    1. Must abide by correct hijab
    2. What's learnt doesn't contradict islam
    3. No free-mixing.. completely segregated
    4. Permission from father(most fathers already push their daughters into education)
    5. Permission from husband(sisters have to set the condition before Nikkah and make clear they want to continue studying)
    Personally, I admire Sheikh Assim Hakeem did, he got his 13 daughters to memorize Qur'an, learnt the deen, they all have bachelor degrees in sciences and other subjects and they are all married. Worldly education was never the issue, the western indoctrination schooling centers are the problem.
    Worldly education is a must, i won't be having future clueless daughters who can't fend for themselves if they are ever in a situation where they find themselves all alone. Absolutely not. What's halal is halal and worldly knowledge is halal, just seek it in halal means. That's it.

      @shabiryusuf I use the term worldly knowledge to encompass anything that will benefit. Like science, maths, geography, technology, languages etc. I don't like the term secular, because it removes religion out of the knowledge being sought. If my future daughters are learning space for science for example, they will also be learning that it is Allah who created these and use Qur'an to show evidences. If I'm teaching cooking, I will explain Allah's provisions, how the rain comes down as a mercy from Allah and how the crops grow, the stories of sadaqah and feeding of the poor, and nutrition-looking after your body bc it has a right over you, no over-eating, stay active etc. Or technology- whilst learning programming, explain techs harms and benefits, how these can be used to benefit muslims+ that Allah sees everything you do online. And like maths, when learning about money/economics- about the evils of ribaa(interest), the fiqh of buying and selling. That's how I understand it. Try to embed islam into everything taught.

      @@FaFa2221 Thank you for your response. I totally agree with you in that every aspect of our interaction in relation to other living entities and the universe around us should be aligned with the Qur'an as the primary basis. This approach however requires a holistic view and as such if the Quran mentions pretty much every subject in relation to our interactions then the notion of 'worldly' and 'religious' knowledge will not be there!
      I do note that unfortunately the issue is with the Muslim mindset being afflicted by ideas that do not have a Quranic basis. As an example the very word 'science' merely means knowledge but it is seen as something that is distinct to the extent that Muslims will talk about 'science' in the Qur'an!! ( No issue if it is used for explaining)I note you had stated 'shari conditions' and number 2 states "what's learnt doesn't contradict Islam"
      This however requires quantifying and qualifying. Again as an example Psychology (as a subject) does not have a body of knowledge which can be considered 'Islamic' and this would necessarily mean that we will impose an 'understanding' on the Qur'an which should not be there.

      If muslim men took the responsibility of being a provider then the woman would not have to go to 9 to 5. It is stressful for a woman to have to raise children, run a house and be a feminine lovely wife. Education is important as she is raising children so is like a teacher. The prophets wife(pbuh) was his boss I believe so it's a womans choice if she wants to work but she shouldn't have to or be forced to stay at home full time as some woman can do part time work and run a house. Alot of woman have interests and hobbies outside the home and that keeps her sanity so no one really respects or appreciated a full time mum in this day and age. Ideally it would be lovely to have a real man that provides and respects but how many are there realistically.There is nothing wrong with developing your mind and arguing if it is needed. And muslim men act religious but looking at magazines and non muslim woman all day and putting their wife down.

      Sis Its totally ok, if you want to go to school and university and to gain knowledge. But the question is how?
      Just like you said it's perfect if it is in a women only school or university, because there will be much less fitna than in free mixing educational institution. As we already know the most haram things are being done in schools and universities where there is free mixing, so many people are committing Zina and so on.
      And Allah said in the Qur'an do not come close to Zina (Surah Al-Isra Ayat 32 (17:32 Quran), but somehow it's being neglected by many people that these free mixing educational institutions have become a breeding ground for committing Zina and many unimaginable haram acts.
      and if you want to get married, be a wife and a mother thats also good, that's the feminine nature that Allah has granted to the Women. Please also know that Allah has not put a financial burden on the women, It's the husband's job and obligation to provide for his family (wife, parents,...).
      If you get educated in women only educational institution all the more better, but please also focus on gaining knowledge about deen. Because just like the brother said being a mother is far more rewarding than work. This way you can nurture your child more better. and don't let all those liberal people make you think less of being a housewife.

      Bismillah
      As Salamu Alaykum sister.
      The problem is not in learning per se it is that being a housewife and mother is a career. And perhaps due to necessity or uncertainty about the future or even personal taste, you are speaking of learning another career first. When the two clash, what are you going to do?
      Religiously people should marry early, in their teens or early twenties at most, that would be from during high school to end of college. Are you going to marry during high school? How to conciliate motherhood and being a housewife with high school?
      Are you going to marry during college? Same conciliation problem as above…
      Then how about right after college?
      Now you’ve spent more than a decade in education. Are you going to be happy delaying your career outside the home until your children grow up? The first decade is the most important for financial growth..and the most important for the children..and the marriage

    I think kinds of conversations are more relevant to Muslims living in the super-liberal feminist societies, like the west.
    I'm from Central Asia, from a very conservative culture, and my family is also traditional with traditional gender roles. When my mom lived with her in-laws, she used to maintain a house with almost 10 people clean, and that was in era where there was almost no electricity, and people washed clothes by hand! On top of all that she went to university and had successfully graduated.
    Alhamdulillah, my mom has taught me all the "feminine" skills from a young age, for which I am extremely grateful. But I have also been able to pursue studying, because I enjoy learning and gaining knowledge. That's why I don't understand the whole "studying VS. learning wife-skills" debate, when I see so many of women my mom's age having done both successfully. But perhaps, I am oblivious to the realities of living in the West, which is why I may not understand the whole context behind these discussions.

    • @thechosenone2786
      @thechosenone2786 Місяць тому

      You are indeed blissfully ignorant and oblivious to the pitfalls of the west. I don’t understand how you whom has access to the internet is still ignorant to how far women have fallen to super liberal secular society and use it against Muslim men. Look at what’s going on in Gaza as a prime example. Muslim women whom aid and abet kaffirs in their Islamophobic agendas are indirectly assisting in the genocide of Palestinians. Let that marinate and sink in. If you truly are from a conservative Islamic society then these conversations shouldn’t be foreign to you and in fact you should be fully in support of the two brothers in the video. Your comment is really sus because your arguments are the exact same ones that western feminists make.

    • @hassan021
      @hassan021 Місяць тому

      Idk how it's like in central Asia but in the west it's totally different. Schools are brainwashing propaganda institutions that indoctrinate children with liberal nonsense since day 1, so the issue that Muslim men have with women's education isn't that they don't want women to learn, it's that they don't want women to be indoctrinated by these since women are much more susceptible to blindly following the masses.
      I do 100% agree that it is possible for a woman to fulfill her obligations at home while also studying/pursuing worldly knowledge. However there are ways that this can be done that don't require you to go to these clown institutions, and one of the most straightforward ones is that they can literally get an online degree lol. It costs less than getting one in person and the only time you'd need to visit the university is for an exam from time to time. Also there's other places to learn and gain knowledge outside of government funded institutions, such as online courses, a personal tutor etc etc. Women who want to pursue knowledge can easily utilize these facilities to learn BUT a lot of them don't because they're just after a degree since it gives people a social prestige and an ego boost.
      Hopefully this clears up why men have an issue with women's western LIBERAL education and not women's desire to pursue knowledge in general.

      There aren’t many feminine women in the west. Also saying he thinks he deserves better than everyone else isn’t the issue. It’s not societally sustainable or even gratifying. I don’t know if you live in the west. If you do then you would see how family values are dying at an alarming rate. Then why you watch islamic videos? Enjoy your wordly life, but remember that "Every soul will taste death" you think you can control your life, but you can't do anything when "The ship is drowning", when the death is coming you won't be able to escape. But it's not too late, repent to Allah and start reading Qur'an, research Islam using logic and rational thinking, don't let emotions to control you. May Allah guide you to the straight path.

      No one tells you to do anything. You just want something to hate. Go get an education and be happy. Literally no one cares.

      Islam will still prevail, even if you hate it. Their are people who learns about Islam, understands the message, accepts the deen, testifies by saying the Shahaada and become part of the Muslim community. You? You are like the lost rat in the sewer. You are that insignificant at the moment, so go live with the rats.

    Woman going to college is gross and pursuing a career is a major non talked about controversial taboo red flag that most men don't even know about
    The reason men pursue carrer or go to college is we know that's the only way we can have a better life and find a mate and start a family
    When we see a woman go to college we think that's gross because we know their not their to pay for a man and start a family it's just a big bunch of red flags that you are not trying stay home and raise a family but would rather want to a stranger to do it if you even want a family and that you are their getting hit on by a bunch of men and who God knows how many men she sleeping around going through college and career years and would rather be rubbing shoulders with men and being be me tooed , flirted with and hit on
    All those years persuing a career and pushing marriage she has aged passed her prime , has no longer any pair bondings will be most likely to cheat and unhappy in a relationship
    Woman who start earning more money or get a raise are most likely to initiate a divorce while a man makes more money or earns a raise relationships last longer

      Exactly, women who have an education/career can get out where uneducated women have no choice but to stay in a relationship no matter what.
