    It s great what you talk about. I live here, in greece, spending lots of time to find my real food and cook it, without social media and the rest of that bul...it, without stress and nonsense, a real life all together, but i watch my chances to survive become lesser from day to day. The opposite forces are killing us. It s great that i can listen to you and know that i m not insane, but i know that it s tough to survive this way. Nevertheless i ll go till the end. Boy, am I grateful for this grounded common-sense human being! Advice and guidance like this are very much needed with the over-abundance of contradictory info about food that's out there. I appreciate how Dr. Zach Bush teaches using science, explained so simply. He is a clear thinker and communicator - a beautiful example of what's available when you live and eat in alignment with Nature. Thank you ~

    This is. one of the most powerful videos I have ever watched! Our spirituality is who we really are. We must fuel up our physical bodies properly in order to experience life in this lower vibration. We can do it in a very pleasant way, to experience our highest vibration without judgement. . It reminds me of the value of raising food in our gardens, composting, and showing gratitude and respect There is so much more to life than we realize through our human brains! Thank you for this!

    A giant baby step everyone can take is to stop using toxic laundry products! My city neighbourhood stinks; sometimes I can’t go outside because of dryer sheet stench. Kids are being poisoned in their classrooms; its not surprising they have all kinds of allergies and neural problems. It’s unfair in workplaces; I come home from work with it in my skin. I bought some jeans from a thrift store I had to wash 15 times to just be able to have them in my house. Recently my intelligent brother who is a nurse told me he hadn’t even thought about laundry products being toxic; I have felt so frustrated by this problem and realized people just aren’t aware!

      There are too many individualized constitutions and food options to tell anyone what to specifically eat but generally speaking it’s fairly simple: First, use ION Biome supplements to counteract the overwhelming presence of glyphosate in your body and to reverse damage it has done and will continue to do to you. Second, eat animal sourced foods sparingly (I don’t believe in altogether avoiding animal products) but consume only animal sourced foods that are wild caught or organically grass fed and pasture raised and be sure if you do eat them to include organ meats and collagenous parts of animals as a regular thing. Third, probably avoid regular consumption of Dairy, unless it’s whole, raw, and preferably fermented. Fourth, be sure to make the vast amount of your food fresh farm grown in season USDA organically sourced plant-based foods and stay away from anything at all that is processed by anyone but yourself or from anything that is genetically modified including gmo grains, gmo processed sugars and sugar substitutes as well as avoid seed and vegetable oils like the plague (very toxic). Stay within those general guidelines and eat what you like and crave. Listen to your gut. It will tell you what it wants and needs. Good luck 🍀👍🏻

      Keto is dangerous. It'll destroy your kidneys and give you ketoacidosis (it's not just for diabetics). The good thing is people are scum and not disciplined, so most that are "doing keto" are not really purists. Their lack of integrity might be saving them in this case. Although they're not in optimum health. It's great at first but it will catch up.

      You can't simply give into your cravings anymore because, of course, your body ultimately simply wants high calorie foods, and they are now available 24/7 without even leaving your home! Plus a craving for sugar can simply be a craving for salt or you may simply be tired from a poor nights sleep.

In winter I felt I needed hot food and was tempted to have organic chicken soup. Also I find when on holday its very difficult to find something like plant protein for breakfat in most B&B's and hotels. I then go with my intuition and not create too much of a stir.!!! Too many think that all calories are the same. They are not. Not even close. You could live on a diet of carbs and protein vs protein and fat and you would most likely become much fatter and unhealthy on the diet with carbohydrates. The body does not require carbohydrates. It does require fat and protein.

I still have a decent amount of muscle mass even after not working out with intensity and consistency in months.

    Genuine questions here. Where is the evidence for what is said at 1:03:20, "eating fruits and veg is the only way to get full energy"? And 1:03:40, lack of carbohydrates causes fermentation of protein? On what basis are you denying all the claims that the human body benefits from switching its energy source from carbohydrates to animal fats? The gut microbiome adapts.

I, kind of, intuitively understand what Dr. Zach Bush meant when he said that when the carbon portion of glucose and saturated fat are matched, the caloric value will be the same, but I believe this topic deserves a more thorough explanation and a separate video to clear up any ambiguities.

    The actual problem is that most people are getting around with raised insulin all day. Their hypothalamus doesn't see the leptin signal from adipose fat cells and therefore wants more energy intake. This is due to carbs and carbs alone as fat does not raise insulin.

    • @MrMadalien
      @MrMadalien 2 роки тому +5

      Not carbs alone, look up the effect of blue light and EMFs on insulin resistance/ fasting glucose… if you actually lived outside and got enough sunlight like our ancestors and didn’t constantly crush your mitochondria with fake lights you wouldn’t have nearly as much issues with carbs.

      @@MrMadalien I and many others have corrected many health issues by maintaining low insulin for most of the day. If emf and blue light was a significant issue regarding insulin/glucose the benefits would not have been achieved. No doubt there are further benefits by removing these aswell.

      @@garyfinch1840 You misunderstood, obviously keto works to circumvent this issue, I think everyone should try keto. However, if you do what I mentioned in the previous comment, carbs would have less impact, in general inflammation would decrease. It’s also well known that carbs are more accessible the closer you getvto the equator because carbs are proportional to sunlight. If you never go outside and constantly at a screen you are an obligate keto dieter, otherwise you will be extremely unhealthy. However people who live near equator can eat fruit all day it won’t really affect them as long as they stick to their traditional life style.

      @@garyfinch1840 “people” are different according to where they live. Diet is not optional, it is limited to the geographical area around you, and the weather. That only changed recently, so now we are all confused about what to eat. I also eat low carb (not fully keto) but that’s because I’m a tech slave I work at a computer (I quit my job recently). Consider that every culture eats very different diets, and you can thrive on fat/protein in almost all places, but it’s normally hard to get enough of that in nature so you would go hungry a lot. Carbs are more accessible in warm, summer-like conditions because a carbohydrate is literally stored sunlight.

    Dont get me wrong i love zachs work and im trying to understand rather than disagree, but out of the 2 million or so years weve been physiologically human we've only had grains for 10,000 years and the oldest recognisable veggies are probably 3 to 5000 years old. Some have only been around for only a few hundred years and wouldn't have been part of a natural diet for us. The stable carbon isotype analysis shows we ate mostly large ruminants and seafood.

Fat in the blood blocks the insulin from entering cells, raising insulin and blood glucose levels. Low Fat whole food diet revwrses this, literally within 1 day of eating this way, most type 2 diabetics cut the amount of insulin they use in half and many are off of insulin in a few days. ua-cam.com/video/tAiXvrIMIIE/v-deo.html
