I’ve been following you for a while now Zach, and I am so grateful for your work. The way you communicate ideas and frame things from a medical-spiritual perspective just hits straight to my heart and soul and mind all at once.
The way you begin this video is completely on point, and every example you give after that about us being divorced from nature

Plant plant plant in our own space at home... No lawn, No spray; barefoot walking in the woods or just lay on the ground🎉

Take your shoes off, take your shirt, and go for a walk on the grass in area with lots of trees . Better than any dam drug or Vac.

I'm gonna plant more than I can eat and more than my family wants, and the rest goes to whoever drives by and picks it up. Whatever they don't eat goes to the deer and rabbits.

Just amazing how this man sounds exactly like me. Somehow a low education farmer from Ohio has given it all up decades ago to find the same wisdom. Two completely different people end up on the same page. Just amazing.

I would add to that, that the way we treat animals is just as important, the suffering of farm animals is horrendous as well as being unethical, as is the harm we cause to the planet.

It felt to me like Zach was giving a sermon packed with stats and real time info. So moved!! I have an area in my yard that is dedicated to planting a few vegetables. I am going to that patch today!
Dr Chatterjee, thank you for bringing Zach on!

Almost every day we are out in our local wooded area , listening to the birds , looking for mushrooms , foraging , taking photos. We have learnt so much about so called weeds with turn out to be really beneficial for health.
I personally walk outside in my small back garden on a daily basis. We also get most of our meat , eggs , vegetables , sometimes raw milk , honey , fish , you name it we look to buy it locally.
Make our own bread , fermented foods , jams , pickles , pizzas , teas , cordials everything . We love it and share it with family , friends and neighbours.

Years ago I picked up my kid from a play date, and while I was chatting with the mom, she was preparing the family dinner. She put on single use plastic gloves, unwrapped boneless chicken, and dumped it into a ziplock bag. She cracked the egg into the bag to squish and coat the cutlets. Then in yet another plastic bag she put packaged breadcrumbs, and coated the meat with breading. Then she put the chicken into a baking dish, sprayed with aerosol cooking spray, to put into the oven. Then she grew all that single use plastic into the trash can. 😳

It's exactly what this world needs a bloody good shake to stop fighting the planet and live with it.
Plant Baboo for clothes. Everyone plant at the very least two trees in a lifetime. Nurture not damage it's not hard.

God created us from the dust of the earth...given life from God almighty. Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior. He gave us every good thing and the people are a lazier breed here in the USA. We def need to grow our own veggies and get big PHARMA OUT OF OUR WORLD's foods!

So we are to become one with our food by killing it. It seems that if we would contact this “food” as another precious being rather than something to grow and slaughter, our interactions with our environment at all levels will be more kind and compassionate.
