    What is proprioception?
Proprioception is the sense you get from your body that tells you where your limbs are in space, how you're balanced, and what pressures are acting on your body. This video explains in more detail, and also provides proprioception exercises to help you train this skil and move like spider-man!
In short, your muscles aren't just for power output but are also sensory organs. This is something many of us ignore, but by using proprioception exercises we can increase our agility, our reflexes, our balance, and more.
Thanks a ton for watching :-D Let me know in the comments what proprioception exercises you use!

Sometimes there are a lot of people packed together in my city so I have to crawl out often, I started training my "dodging" reflexes a year ago because of that. Now I can move into a big crowd without even touching anyone most of the time, it's really fun to do.

AAAA YO I legit did the same as a child in school as I was anti social so in hallways or lunch or outside I'd constantly dodge and maneuver around people with quick foot work and body control and now me being 18 it's more of muscle memory now when I'm moving behind someone and I 'feel' like I can naturally slip by which ofc I do lol nice to know others do the same

Your Urban Ninja article was fire. You could maybe make a bit more (clickbaity) title in a way "Become like watchdogs X and Y", and maybe get way more traction, since thats what you deserve. I really enjoyed that, and I believe that that concept is highly aplicable to the real life, and makes for a relateable goal for new age superhero-inspired fans. Anyways, thanks for that... even though I have no clue where to start with hacking haha!

The intellect generates an image (phantasm) of the reality perceived by the senses, that "image" becomes the map of reality that you have. You can map reality in as many ways as possible to make that map bigger and more precise (by repetition) that map can be made using as many senses connected as possible or isolated senses, but the goal is to have this map linked into one reality to be able to act what is in your intellect and not only think about it. The best way to increase the area of that consciousness map is moving around all the axis in the 3D space (x,y,z) rotate, invert, jump, drop, snap, move slowly, etc. if you don't go through all the axis you might simply perpetuate your current movement patterns
