How to Make Scrunchies - 2 different ways

Use all those fabric scraps to make these cute scrunchies, perfect as a little gift.
MATERIALS:
_ Fabric FOR EACH scrunchie: 1 piece 22" x 4" (56 cm x 10 cm).
For THE SECOND scrunchie you will also need a strip of fabric 22" long and about 2" wide. You will see that I used bias binding ribbon.
also,FOR EACH SCRUNCHIE, 1 piece of elastic 9" long (23cm) and about 1/4" (0.5 cm) wide.
