I've myself faced this with Ford and upon venting out my anger , the Main Manager of Ford visited My place with a Mechanic and solved My issue and the next time onwards whenever I visit the service center, they deal with me with the utmost priority. You have to be cruel towards them but the use of slangs should be avoided.
Yes i agree the tata service that too ev cant even be taken out to other workshop for rectified. Its sad that these ones purposefully dont do such iasues so that they can get more service to then and costs involved.
Bro you are right few service centres of TATA take it easy. They are really bad, no adequate knowledge. Some of the service centres of TATA are also quite good but they are crowded with vehicles. Hence booking service with them is becoming quite big exercise. .Request TATA to run proper customer feedback from company directly not from their third party or Distributors, So that they can patch grey areas better in post sales service issues. I would suggest you file suit and also need to find a way to reach top officials of TATA motors and post complaint .

When you bought the car to support Made in India, please do not repent now. The case will run for 20 years and Tata Motors and their service center will harass you enough. Which service centre will you go? TC Motors Rajarhat has unskilled labours and Salap semi skilled labours. You will cry again when to try to sell after many break downs. I’ve saved myself from all these only after selling my car at a throw-away price. The new buyer used to call me out of frustration. Now he has stopped calling understanding that he has lost heavily by buying my car! I’m also from Kolkata and used Tata Manza for 10+ years.
@@nickreviewskol The problem with Tata cars are that they don’t know how to resolve a problem. Until a problem arises, Tata cars are VFM. I had problems started after 40k km and those problems got my car too broken to use. Sorry to hear that your luck is not good from the time of purchasing.

With Tata cars’ poor resale value, expect to sell in a price slightly more than scrap. You will be a pro during your next car package and maintenance. At least, you will learn a lot about cars.
