Tata Showroom has worst dealer and staff, went to hubli Tata showroom and all the staff just checking mobiles, talking amongst themselves and not attending to the customers., had a very bad customer experience.

Tata cars are the worst, many people are suffering from their manufacturing defects.
Who told you tata is making good car? Except for safety standards in their cars. They are no where near maruti suzuki in terms of smoothness, value for money and customer service. Better they sell only bus and truck and dont play with sentiments of their customers. You cannot blame dealer for the inefficient management. They do as the company train them.
