Hey Stu sorry I’m not stalking you! But I am so overwhelmed with my swing change that I could almost cry. I was instructed to turn the right wrist open parallel to the target line as demonstrated in the early Nick Faldo David Letterman videos with this preset takeaway drill remember? Hi Stuart. Great content! Have watched many of your videos, which have proved to be very thought provoking. I see that you prefer a swing plane that matches your lead arm with your shoulder plane at the top of the backswing. What about swing planes that are more vertical, a la Scottie Scheffler, Justin Thomas etc?

Whether you have strong opinion re the pros and cons of more upright swings. I ask this question question as I have found that I can generate noticeably more clubhead speed by going more upright. I've gone from having my trail elbow close to my side at the top of my swing to having a "flying" elbow. @@GoodGolfCoaching
Trail elbow and arm plane are vastly different topics... I have no issue with lots or little arm lift as long as the golfer knows the pros and cons of both Nick. Hope that helps. @nickland9087
I'd be interested in your opinion of a simple swing thought/feel that I use to get a centered turn with the hips. I trigger the hip turn both ways by thinking about turning the "family jewels".

Hey Stu, how are ya my friend, I have a question, on my downswing, instead of shifting my weight to my left side, at set up, can I just shift my weight to my left side and already have my weight on my left side so it's already there, and then start my backswing, will that work or no. What do you recommend in rotation with two artificial hips. Difficult to rotate a lot.
Quantify hip mobility, and your upper lower separation value and then work from there. Hope that makes sense. Best wishes Stu.
I have never heard you mention centrifugal force, or centripetal force.
Do these forces not exist in your swing

If you asked 100 golfers what centripetal force is, you may get 10% knowing what it is and how it impacts the golf swing. Instructors love big words, I hate them… 😂😂
