Total losers that just go around and click all the thumb down icons? I'll just go with the last one and hope they just didn't watch it. I was stationed at the academy hospital and attended the Radiology school in '73-'74 and these cadets use to land in the middle of the street when just learning so it wasn't just get up there, jump out and hit the red arrow.
