How do you incorporate your toss with the rocking forward motion in your serve? Do you release the ball first and then rock forward, release as you're rocking forward or does it depend on the player? My toss becomes very erratic when I get nervous and am trying to figure out how to make it more reliable under pressure
@@maxpowers3732 thanks for your question. The serve begins with bodyweight on the front foot with the hands together, as you rock back the hands split and then as you begin to rock forwards that’s when you release the ball. I would recommend putting your racket down and just practicing that momentum shift with the correct ball toss timing! When you feel more confident you can start hitting 👍🏼
