Take one part the shoes the sock yo be right . Before play walk for fifteen minutes . The stayback advise is easier to do. The fet feel ok in doing what you ask . . The water and other areas if I run two sets my weight drops this remives the blocks so do play and lose the weight refeed it's not possible to store it's like what ? The food empty Bad resee by hmm Monday my office day so less fir my feet a vegetable only as and nice day
The timing improves dramatically by using masks when walking where the carbon fiber deposits in air is is well if clear it rises here to the nose so it's buss and walking no bikes cars or private transport
The lady with the knee bandage can't demo this she needs that corrected the then other feeds will happen.
i donot get it.
I did not like it I absolutely love it! thanks so much coach, by the way you move swiftly and gracefully like a cat. 😊

Holy shit the first one looks like my serve… awesome tips
Interesting
I watch alot of tennis videos and i think your videos are so fresh and are so much better than others because you cover very useful tennis topics that most sites rarely cover and you present them very clearly. So i wanted to thank you for your great videos🙏🙏
@@KooroshRefahi thanks for the nice comment! 😁
I learned the one-handed and just can’t seem to grasp the two-handed. Are you then using tbr left hand/arm just as support?
holy shit is this useful, i always felt late for my setup. I knew my movement wasn't optimal but dam that's a huge difference.
@@TimeManInJail 😄💪🏼🎾
this is it!!
I switched from one-handed backhand to two-handed backhand and I find two-handed better. But the idea for a change is not bad. Good tip👍
Today I lost my match but I win my next match learning from you
nice tip..looks like it's gonna improve the accuracy to project the ball to the right spot
Will try that tomorrow
Good vid. As the cross-over step is quicker and more effective, why not to use it all the time in the sideway direction? The advantage of the cross-over step is that your body stays at the same height more or less 'cause both legs are bent. On the contrary with the side step your body is going up and down preventing you from staring at the ball.
No-one at our club does the split step every shot. I don't think even the A team players do - receiving yes but every shot I don't think so. I do it receiving - I copy Wawrinka's technique :) I'm trying to bring it in more but there's so much to remember you can get in a knot.
@@spooky1304 good stuff 💪🏼
Cheers this is really well presented.
@@spooky1304 thanks!
I love your videos, thank you very much for your explanations. This is the cutest english and loveliest pronounciation I've ever heard (I am german) <3 Could you please explain an show in detail the time of contact point on how you turn your wrist so the strings face forward on contact? I trained the backswing and swing by itself, but I am still struggling on timing of turning the wrist to hit the ball with the strings instead of the frame. Watching you make it seem so ease to serve, on the court the ball hits everything except the court when I serve this way due to I struggle hitting it the right time, the right way 😂
Best yet the simplest video for serve I have ever seen ❤
Oh this is golden, thank you coach. Love you. 🎾 3 sets of Those drills done quickly gets your heart pumping !!
@@yuurishibuya4797 😆💪🏼
Great video, could you go more in depth of where to recover based on the opponent’s position and also what specific footwork steps to use in each scenario? i know it’s a big ask but it would be a huge help
Very helpful … really nice points to remember 👌
@@pavanaila5403 😃💪🏼
Hmmm. Are you saying never pivot backwards on a forehand? What are you trying to convey here?
Thank you very much for the content, especially since I can do it at home (I can't always go to the court). As a recommendation, I would tell you that in a video like this one that has items, you list them and show them written in the video, it is more educational, just like you do in your shorts. It would help a lot to people whose English is not so advanced (as in my case, I am a Spanish speaker). Thanks for your work!
great video coach
