All the durability pistons are essentially a Arctic cat piston. The Cats use a .020" offset pin in their design already. Same bore and the same pin diameter too as the polaris piston.

What clearance do you recommend running for piston to cylinder and what is the recommend squish clearence?

You mentioned you need more fuel if you run this kit? Do you need bigger injectors?

Could I order a durability kit with oversized pistons. 87.5mm instead of 85mm?

How many more mile are you getting with this kit? Motor blew at 2500 miles...and again at 1783 miles...Would like to see at least 5000 plus..

Any body's durability kit will extend the life of your Polaris engine. I just did my 16 axys. Runs great now, noticeable difference in power too. I do have bikemans exhaust tho, another big difference in output.
